Regret

Chapter 1

Ali's boyfriend Ian, is with me and Ali by my locker.

''Your the loneliest person ever, Kali. You don't even have a boyfriend!''

''Why do you think I don't have a boyfriend?'' I asked.

''Because I don't see you with any boy except for Bradley.''

''Maybe he's my boyfriend?'' I asked.

''Then kiss him . . on the lips!'' I hate Ian now.

''See! He's already coming our direction!'' he pointed at the one and only Bradley Argent, my best friend, not my boyfriend, coming our way.

I gave Ali a look, who's saying ''What do I do now?'' She gave me one back, pointing head Brad's direction, saying to kiss him. I rolled my eyes.

Once Brad was by us, Ian gave me a smirk.

I took Brad's cheeks in my hands, landed in and gave him a peck on the lips, like Ian told me too. Before Brad could say something, I gave him a look to don't say anything.

''See Ian. She has a boyfriend!'' Ali said and took Ian's hand and they both left.

''Why did you do that?'' Brad asked with raised eyebrows.

''Because Ian told me that I'm lonely and I don't have a boyfriend, and he doesn't see me with no other boy but you, so I said maybe your my boyfriend, and he said that I need to kiss you, I didn't want to seem lonely to my best friend's boyfriend, so I kissed you.'' I said pointing my head down.

''Kali! Now he thinks I'm your boyfriend and witch means I need to act like one!'' I can tell he doesn't like this situation because I'm his best friend.

''Oh shit! I didn't think that far!'' I said looking him in the eyes.

''Just meet me at my place after school.'' he said as the bell ring and waked away.

''Bye Brad!'' I said as we both left our speared ways. When I got to class, Brad texted me saying he doesn't think I'm lonely.

I sat by Ali in the maths class, because we have a test tomorrow and I don't know anything. At least she can help me.

''What did Brad said?'' Ali whispered.

''He asked why I did that, I said him everything and he said to meet me at his place after school.'' I said.

''Maybe he wants to be friends with benefits?'' she laughed.

''No you dummy! He wants to talk, he isn't like Ian, he doesn't do the nasty with his best friends and then fall in love with them!'' I said laughing as I remembered how Ian and Ali got together-being friends with benefits. She playfully hit my arm.

I knocked on Brad's parents house which is two houses from mine.

Bradley opened the door and let me in.

''Uh . . um . . What do you want to talk about?'' it has never really been awkward for us two, so it's difficult.

''What are we doing now? Like, do we need to act like a couple? Or no? Like I don't like you like that.. there was a lot of the word like.'' he laughed at the end. His dog Bailey came to me and Brad, with his strap in his mouth.
(A/N- I don't know if you know what i mean because English isn't my first language, but it's the thing with who you hold your dog so he doesn't run away from you while y'all are outside lol)

''Can we go out with Bailey and then talk?'' I asked.

"Okay, if you want to!" He said and took Bailey's strap and put it on Bailey.

"Oh. And about what you asked, I think we should just act more like a couple around him. Like I don't know what to do either." I said as we walked out of the house holding Bailey's strap.

"Kali! You don't understand! Boys can't just kiss girl and not like them! Thats not easy for us! Remember Anna! It was just one kiss and the next thing I know is I'm her boyfriend!" He said.

"Yeah! I remember, but you were 15! Maybe something is changed?" I asked hoping.

"No. I don't think so. Like, what if this ruins our friendship and I believe we both don't want that! We are friend's since we were three years old! And Kali, if ruins it, I'm going to kill you!" As he said about the friendship, I automatically stoped and looked him in the eyes. I walked up to him and hugged him thigh. He hugged me back automatically.

''I don't think it's going to ruin us! At least I hope so!'' I felt like crying, but I wasn't crying.
