Tris POV:
We are at the hospital and Tobias is in his room. "Can I see him?" I ask the nurse at the front desk. "Family only." She says. "But I-I'm his sister, Beatrice Eaton." I lie. "Okay then. Room 7B." She says then points to the left. I run to his room and open the door. There are tubes connected to his body and he has a cast on his leg. His eyes open slowly. "Tobias. I forgive you. I want you to stay with me forever." I say. "I love you Tris." He says and falls back asleep. "I love you too, Tobias." I say. I walk out of the room. I get home and I get a text from Zeke:
Hey how's Four? I couldn't go check on him. -Zeke
He's not doing that good but he will get better soon, I promise -Tris
I sit down on my bed. I realize that without Tobias my life would be boring. I have my friends, but he is more then a friend to me. The doctor from the hospital calls me. "Tobias Eaton will be released tomorrow afternoon after surgery. He will be in a wheelchair." He says and hang up before I can say anything. That's a relief. I fall asleep thinking about Tobias.

The next afternoon I take a shower and get dressed. I take my dad's car and drive to the hospital. Tobias is sitting there in the main lobby, in his wheelchair. "Tris? Did you really mean it when you said you forgave me?" He asks. I nod my head and smile. "Yes of course." I say. I bend down a little and kiss him. I wheel him out of the hospital. "Zeke and Uriah want to see you. So we are going to their house." I say and I wheel him there.
*2 months later*
Tobias POV:
It's August now and school starts again in a month. I hear a knock on the door. I open the door and see a note on the porch:
Meet me at my house. For a celebration. The whole gang will be there.

I smile and start walking to Tris's house. I get to her house and knock on her door. "Hey! Hurry inside, I have dauntless cake!" She says opening the door. I walk inside and see everyone. "Let's play Spin the Bottle! Each person who chickens out, has to take off one item of clothing shoes and socks don't count!" Uriah suggests. We all sit down in a circle. Uriah spins first. It lands on Zeke. "C'mere bro!" He says and kisses him. Zeke spins it and it lands on Christina. He raises his eyebrows and takes off his shirt. An hour later we all sit there, the boys in their underwear and the girls in a bra and underwear. Uriah kisses Christina. And every dating couple in the group kisses. Shauna is the only one without a boyfriend in the group. "Well this is awkward. Try not to eat each others faces." She says and leaves.
Tris leads me up to her bedroom. She takes off her bra and underwear and I take off my underwear. I lay on top of her and kiss her. I kiss her stomach. "Beautiful." I mumble. We fall asleep next to each other, the sides of our bare bodies touching.

*3 months*
Tris POV:
I wake up and my stomach hurts. I run to the bathroom and throw up. I look in the counter under the sink. I see a new and unused pregnancy test. I take it out of its box. The result is... Positive.
