I look up at my sleeping baby and kiss his cheek.

He continues to sleep and groan. I giggle and shower his face with kisses, but he ends up turning on his side. I frown. I kiss his neck, making him throw the blanket over his head and me to drop my jaw. "I know you're awake!" I say.

"Mhm" he groans.

I tug at the blanket. "Love me!"

"I loved you last night, let me sleep" he says.

I roll my eyes. "Yea well it's a new day" I say, nothing. "Fine, I'll be gone all day with Jade so don't be mad that you didn't get to see me all day" I get off the bed.

Then my wrist is grabbed. "Don't even think about taking my daughter again" he says sternly. I drop my jaw and he takes the covers off.

Landon's flashback -

Daddy harshly grips my wrist. "Don't you dare talk back to mommy ever again!"

Landon gasps and I back up. "Lan-"

"I am so sorry... I promise you I won't be like him... just please... please don't take her away from me again" he says softly.

I sigh. "What do you have to do today?"

"Train the guys" he clenches his jaw.

"Exactly" I walk out of the room. He follows behind me and Jade walks out of her room. "Good morning baby!!" I smile and walk over to her. She smiles as well and I pick her up. "Sooo I have a question to ask you"

She slightly tilts her head in confusion.

She gets that from her daddy.

"What do you say we go to tack stores and get some things for your future pony?" I ask and she excitedly bounces around. "Then we can go see aunt Rosalie and Victoria!" I say with excitement.

"Yay!!!" she hugs my neck and I kiss her forehead. "Daddy!!" she puts her arms out for Landon.

He laughs and picks her up from my arms. "Hey Filly!" he showers her face with kisses, making her giggle.

She calms down and looks at him. "Are you coming?"

He sighs. "Maybe. Daddy has to train uncle Ken, Josh, Dyl and Nath" he says.

Jade frowns. "You said we could do something today!!"

"Yea... but I forgot all the work I have to do today..." he frowns. "I'm so sorry baby, I promise we will later tonight" he smiles and kisses her cheek.

"No we're fine!" I smile, setting up breakfast.

Landon gives me a stop it glare.

I mouth make me.

He growls and I smile. "Do you wanna share some pancakes?" Jade sweetly asks Landon.

He laughs. "Babygirl, I can eat three plates of pancakes on my own, it's best you get your own" he ruffles her hair, making her giggle. "Here. Why don't I go with you to Rosalie's?" he asks.
