I leave the TV room and get to work.

One with fresher food and more hair products." "I see. You saw who?" Just then, as if things couldn't get more awkward, Jennifer walks out with her groceries. "Oh, let me help you there." "I am good." I smile. "Now can I help you with your bags or are you gonna snap at me too?" I laugh under my breath then hand her two bags.

I get back to the living room and Bree's gone. I check my phone and sure enough, there's a text from Bree.
