Quinn has waited her entire life for the right time to tear down the twisted empire her father raised her in.
When he takes her to meet the infamous Winter Soldier, something in her snaps.
She's done waiting.
She's going to rescue the man they call their Soldier and take down HYDRA even if it kills her.

✖Quinn is good at masking her feelings, she's done it her whole life.
✖Having been raised in HYDRA, she's a skilled fighter.
✖Quinn felt trapped in HYDRA and that's why she connected with Bucky so quickly. It's not just "oh, he's cute, lets finally rebel against dad and his group of idiots." It's that she understands Bucky because,ike him, she was forced into a life she never wanted and she always wished someone would save her from it. It's her saving herself and him from HYDRA.
✖They should bond over their similarities but don't make them fall in love right away. They both need to figure out who they are and who they want to be without HYDRA looming over them and making their every decision. They both have healing to do and that should come first.
✖At some point, they get captured and the plot of the Winter Soldier is played out, obviously with the addition of Quinn. After getting captured, Bucky and Quinn get separated and, once he's in control of himself again, he goes to find and try to rescue her.
✖If you carry on through Civil War, Quinn and Bucky will be found together and Quinn will be on team cap.
✖If you carry on through Civil War, Quinn would be there in the fight in the movie that was after Tony found out that HYDRA forced the Winter Soldier to kill his parents. She'd die in that fight.
