For those of us who thought by the name of the movie it was going to be a cutesy film, we were wrong. Before I Fall is anything but that. I would say it is more of a thriller. Unlike many other movies I have seen, the trailer says NOTHING about what is going to happen in the film and for that I am so greatful. Here's a tip: don't watch this film alone

Publisher's Description: Samantha Kingston (Zoey Deutch) seems to have it all: popularity, a loving boyfriend (Kian Lawley) and a seemingly perfect future. Everything changes in the blink of an eye when she dies in a car crash but then magically wakes up to find herself reliving the same day over and over again. As Samantha tries to untangle the mystery of a life derailed, she must also unravel the secrets of the people closest to her and discover how the power of a single day can make a difference.
The movie opens up to a typical teenage montage of not wanting to wake up early for school, picking up your friends, and goofing around as we all do. At first, you start to think, "why am I even watching this movie?". That is until the party rolls around. Things are not as peachy as they seem on the outside and quickly an altercation takes place.
When the friends go to leave, they find themselves in a car accident. Or so Samantha thought, after waking up in bed the next day. But the next day seems to be a little familiar for Samantha only, leading for the crash to happen again, and again....and again.
Although freaked out, you begin to see a change in the way Samantha interacts with the people around her until she has created a complete 360 of her attitude at the end of the film. But is it really the end for her, or just another beginning?
My Rating: 9/10
My Reason: This movie is not like anything I have seen before. The plot line is very intriguing and new. I was on the edge of my sheet the whole time and was very excited to see that things in the movie where not happening like I had predicted them to.
Should I see this move: ABSOLUTELY! This movie is great and I feel will be enjoyed by many and will also pose a slight surprise to everyone with a plot line that is not the one you think you know in your head.
