•Prince Jin• - I have been watching Iris for 8 days now , she hasn't woken up and doctors checked her and told me everything was fine she just going to take a long time to wake up, but still, theirs something wrong with her. nobody can stay asleep for so long not after how many times they have been hit.
*door opens* "Jin honey go eat something you have been locked in here all morning the least you can do is eat" my mother's head was popped out from behind the door watching me as I looked over at Iris body and stood up to leave. "Before I eat mother have everyone in the castle gather around, I have an announcement to make"
My mother nodded Leaving to announce everyone to come out. I sat on the royal chair and watched people come in and stand quietly next to each other in rows, some looking scared and nervous others wondering what's going on.
"Settle down everyone." I stood up " Prince Hoseok will be no longer threatening our village or castle. These past few days I've been sending men to clean up the mess Hoseok left behind , so when you return your villa it will be clean. That's all for now have a good day." Everyone buzzed with excitement with the fact that prince Hoseok wasn't a bother and that they can go home. My mother had a plate of food ready for me to eat. "Mother bring that to Iris room I'll be eating in their for now on until she wakes up" my mother's eyebrows furrowed and still followed me with the food.
- *10 days later * "Doc she hasn't woken up yet and it's been days are you sure she's ok ?" The doc nodded his head and said he will bring some medicine for her and that she's bound to wake up soon. I sighed and sat back down next to Iris bed , at least she looks peaceful while sleeping. I grabbed her hand and fell asleep by her feet. - •Iris• I opened my eyes to see an unfamiliar yet horrible wallpaper on the wall. My whole body feels stiff and something heavy is holding my legs down. I pushed my head up to get a better look and their was Prince Jin sleeping on my feet. I stared at him a bit longer until everything that has happened flashed back caused me to gasp waking up prince Jin. "Oh , I'm sorry I was waiting for you to wake up and I guess I fell asleep" he got up quickly standing up and straightening out his suit.
He looks so handsome ....no Iris get a hold of yourself.
" it's ok, what happened" Prince Jin froze for a few seconds and then looked at me straight in the face. " I raided prince hoseoks castle and rescued you and your parents and told him whatever he wanted he's never getting it again and he backed off." After I processed what Prince Jin had told me, my eyes widen and I stopped breathing "whe-where are my parents?" Jin saw I wasn't breathing, " relax darling their safe in the next room" he smiled and offered me his hand. I took it elegantly and he helped me get up and then kiss my knuckles. "Can you take me to see them?" He smiled and lead the way. When I opened my parents room they were sitting down talking to each other while holdings hands. I smiled and run towards them "Mama, dad!" Both of their heads snapped towards me and they got up quickly to embrace me. " oh my darling, oh your beautiful face, are you ok now? Are you hurting?" I said I was fine and hugged them a little while longer. Jin coughed awkwardly and told us we can stay in his castle for as long as we want and exited. As I was watching him walk away I suddenly have the urge to puke, so I hurriedly went running to the bathroom having my parents gasp in concern... _

As I watched Iris rejoin her parents, I decided to take a walk around enjoying the castle wondering deep into my thoughts. while waiting for Iris I felt these thing i never felt with any other women. i felt like i need to protect her with all my life, watching and waiting for her to get up concerned me more and more each day...
"prince Jin...hello?" I snapped back to reality, "yes?" the maid played with her fingers nervously trying to come up on how to say something. "it-its Iris m-my majesty.." my heart started racing "well what is it ?" I stepped towards her "she-she at the doctors right now so-something happened."
I bowed and went on running yelling at one of my guards to bring my horse and to come with me. every minute I got closer and closer to the village images of what happened to Iris flashed through my mind causing me to go faster. as I got closer to the doctors office in the city, I fast walked in ignoring everyone around me.
I pushed open the front door to find a pale looking Iris sitting on top of the bed. she looked up drowsily to see where the noise came from only to open her eyes wide "Prince Jin?.."
