Chapter 12

I stir awake, the light from outside shining in on my face. Outside? How am I in my bed? The events of last night play in my head. I guess Sebastian must've carried me here. Speaking of him, where is he? I smell food cooking, I guess he's in the kitchen. I toss the blankets off of my body and stand up. I grab my brush and quickly brush my hair. "What time is it?" I yawn. I grab my phone and check the time. It's just after 8:00. "Why is he up so early? Why am I up so early?" I question aloud to myself. I take my phone and make my way downstairs. I walk into the kitchen and Sebastian is at the stove cooking something. I walk up behind him, get on my tippy toes, and kiss him on the cheek. "Morning Sebby" I say and start to make my way to a seat. But he quickly turns around, grabs my hand, and pulls me back to him. He leans down and gives me a kiss. "Morning doll. How'd you sleep?" He asks, smiling down at me. "Good. But uh, did you carry me down to my room last night?" I question. "Oh, yeah, you seemed uncomfortable in the chair so I took you to your bed, and we both slept there instead." He explains. "Oh, well thank you." I say, and walk over to one of the islands bar chairs, and sit down. "So what are you making?" I ask. "Oh, I hope you don't mind that I kinda just took over your kitchen. But I found pancakes in the freezer, so I'm warming up those, and I'm making eggs, with some fruit on the side." He tells me as he plates some food. "You didn't have to do that." I tell him. "I know, but it's a big day for you, so I wanted to do something nice to start your day." He says, and puts a plate full of food in front of me. "Oh shit! I totally forgot about that!" I exclaim. "Relax, you'll be fine." He tells me. "Well, what can you tell me about it? Like what kind of things am I going to have to do?" I ask. "Well I can't say much, but mostly it's just reading lines, and there's a possibility that you might have to do some stunts with a stunt guys, but I'm not sure about it." He tells me "Well it's better to be prepared for something that might happen rather than not be prepared at all and end up having to do it." I say. "That's a good point." He says and sits next to me and starts eating his food. It's a little quiet for my taste so I grab my phone and connect it tot the wall speaker, and play some music. "Where is that coming from??" Seb asks curiously. "There are Bluetooth speakers in the wall." I explain to him, and point them out. "Okay, so your house is one of the most high tech I've ever been in." He states. "Meh, not really." I say, and eat another bite of food. "Really, because you've got a movie theater downstairs, a speaker in almost every room, your blinds are remote control, I figured that out last night, is there anything I'm forgetting?" He lists. "Yeah actually." I say. "Please, enlighten me" He says. "Hey Kamara!" I shout into the air. "Yes?" My A.I responds. "Please remind me that I have to leave for an audition in one hour." I request. "Of course, I will remind you in one hour." She responds. "So you have your on J.A.R.V.I.S?" Sebastian asks in shock. "Sort of. She's in a speaker system that goes throughout the house, kinda like a P.A system at a school. She controls the lights in the pool, the thermostat, if I leave and forget to turn off any lights, she turns them off, and turns on my security. She also keeps notes and reminds me of anything I need her too. She was a couple grand, but worth it. It gives me someone to talk to when all my friends are busy." I tell him. He sighs and runs a hand through his hair, then looks back at me. "You're like a female, real life tony stark and I love it!" He exclaims. I just laugh and he smile at me. He's got so much love in his eyes. We finish our food, and he offers to wash the dishes while I empty the dish rack and the dishwasher. I was going to put away my laundry, but it seems that (F/n) cleaned it before she left. God I love that woman. By the time we're done cleaning the kitchen, we have about forty five minuets before we need to head to the studio for my audition. We both go upstairs to change. I head to my closet and find something to wear, and change out of my leggings and Sebs shirt, and put on my outfit for today.
