for as long as primrose could remember, it had just been her and her dad, primrose and heath halliwell against the world, but then he died and she was shipped off to california to live with her grandmother

then just as primrose was finally getting used to her, she died too, and primrose was thrown into the care of her two older cousins

after six months of being under the care of the two sisters, they had built up a new routine and it seemed like her life was on the fast track to being relatively normal, especially when she finds out the fourth and last member of their little family was coming back home
