THE THREE GIRLS WERE IN THE BASEMENT, Piper and Primrose watching as Prue messed around with the circuit tester.

"I don't get it," Prue said, frustrated. "I've checked everything, there's no reason why the chandelier shouldn't be working."

"Maybe it's a ghost," Primrose said, wiggling her eyebrows up and down.

Prue rolled her eyes, "Don't be ridiculous, ghosts aren't real."

"Yeah?" Primrose raised her eyebrow, "Well tell that to the Ghostbusters."

"Uh- you know how we've been talking about what to do with the spare room? I think you're right, we do need a roommate." Piper hesitantly said.

Primrose shook her head, there was no way that Prue would take the news well, but it made for good entertainment. She walked out of the basement, Prue a few steps behind her.

"Well, we could rent out the room at a reduced rate in exchange for help around the house," Prue said while walking into the kitchen.

"Phoebe's good with a wrench." Primrose slightly tilted her head to the side with narrowed eyes, Phoebe was about as good with fixing things as a paralyzed man in a marathon.

Prue glanced Piper, "Phoebe's in New York." she pointed out.

Primrose braced herself for what was about to happen. Piper squeezed her eyes shut and reopened them, trying to gain the confidence to tell Prue about their new housemate, "Not anymore."

Prue looked back at Piper and roughly closed the drawer that she had just opened. "What?"

"She left New York," Piper played with her fingers as she spoke, "she's moving back in with us." she looked at Primrose for support, but she threw her hands up with a shrug, silently telling Piper that she was on her own for this one.

Prue scoffed and walked out of the kitchen, her heels loudly clicking against the floor. "You've got to be kidding."

Piper threw her hands up, "Well I could hardly say no!" she followed after Prue, Primrose right on her heels. "It's her house too, it was willed to all of us."

"Yeah, months ago! And we haven't seen or spoken to her since!"

"Uh, correction," Primrose pointed at Prue, "you haven't spoken to her."

"No, I haven't." she glared at the two, "Look, maybe you've forgotten why I'm so mad at her."

Primrose crosses her arms and scoffed, "Are you seriously still hung up on that bastard R-"

Piper cut her off, barely glancing her way. "No of course not! But she had nowhere else to go, she lost her job, she's in debt-"

"And this is news?"

"How long have you known about this anyways?" Prue questioned.

"A couple of days," Piper rubbed the back of her neck, "maybe a week." she sheepishly said.

Primrose snickered, "Or two." Pipper sent the younger girl a look.

"Thanks for sharing." Prue shook her head and looked back at Piper with a clenched jaw, "When does she arrive?"

As if on cue, the front door opened and in came Phoebe. "Surprise!"

Primrose let out a squeal and ran over to her, tackling her into a hug. Phoebe laughed, "I missed you so much."

"Me too." they hugged a little longer, before pulling apart. Phoebe looked at her two siblings with a huge smile and held up a key, "I found the hide-a-key."
