The prince of bad vampires,Dylan.I had heard stories about him, many of the girls often spoke of him and I would eavesdrop on their conversation to listen to what story they had of the stubborn yet handsome prince.

I remembered one quite clearly, it had shocked me a lot at what I had heard, it had proven just how heartless he was.

It was said that he had a brother, his name was Kyle, his twin brother in fact and he didn't like the idea of his crown being taken away from him and so one day in front of everyone he stabbed him and killed him without mercy, without so much as a single tear.

What kind of a person killed his own brother? But then again he was the prince of  bad vampires, his title alone said it all.

"The girls didn't lie when they said he was good looking."Linda commented next to me.

I grinned at that."No they did not."I confirmed.

My father's growl brought both of us back to the conversation."What are you doing in my territory vampire?"

Dylan just smirked and continued to smile, a devilish one in fact."I don't remember any of these forests being your territory." he hissed.

"Don't play games with me vamp, this is my territory and I want you to leave NOW!"

Any normal person would of been scared to death by my father's uproar but not Prince Dylan, he just stood there staring, looking bored at the moment which only seemed to annoy my father more.

"No can do alpha Miles, my father sent us here on a mission, we just need to find something and then we shall be on our way."he replied rather calmly.

"We agreed after the bloodshed that took place years ago that we shall respect each others spaces,I have held my side of the promise but clearly your father is breaking his, if you don't leave now I can assure you that it isn't going to turn out nice, especially since you're clearly outnumbered." my father threatened.

He wasn't bluffing either, the vampires were clearly outnumbered.

Dylan stiffened as he realised that my father was right.

"Alright, we shall leave now."he replied giving in.

"Remember vampire, this isn't your territory, I don't want to see you here ever again, unless its a very good reason and send a message to your father that I want to have a word with him as soon as possible."

Dylan nodded his head , not looking to pleased at the turn of events, what he did next however had my heart beat accelerating and my body trembling, he turned his hot gaze away from my father and straight too me!

His eyes seemed to darken for a second before he turned away.

Why did it feel like he could see me through the bush? That was impossible, right?

As soon as the vampires were out of sight, my dad seemed to calm down and ordered his pack to meet at the shelter, that was where they kept all their meetings.

One by one the werewolves shifted back to their wolf forms, all either black, brown or white in colour, each of different shades.

It was full moon today, which made shifting a lot more easier for the wolves, which also showed that it was a good thing prince Dylan had listened or there was no telling what would of happened here tonight.

All the wolves had left now, except for my dad and Brad.

Linda and I had finally managed to do something without getting caught! I couldn't believe it, it definitely was a miracle, considering we always got caught when we did something as life threatening as this.

But it was too good to be true, it was one of those moments where you had spoken too soon.

"Aaaaaah....snaaaakee!"Linda screamed jumping out from the bush. Both my brother and dad were snapped out of their conversation as they looked at a frightened Linda in front of them.

That was another thing I forgot to mention about my best friend, she was afraid of snakes!

A werewolf who was scared of snakes! At first I thought she was just joking but after tonight I wouldn't doubt her again.

"Linda?"my father asked confused.

Lord,was I in trouble now!

My scared friend was still trembling her life out in front of my dad and brother.I watched in amusement and interest at the worried expression on my brother's face, was he actually concerned about her?

"Ugh..hi..Alpha Miles."she stuttered nervously.

"What are you doing here?"

"I was on my way home."she replied, I sighed, she was such a terrible liar.

My father quirked an eyebrow."Your territory is on the other side of the forest my dear."

I watched as her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, I knew I should of went there and helped my friend but I wasn't ready to face my father, he would be pissed.

"Yes it is but I--I heard the howl for help and I came to see if everything was alright."

My dad's eyes widened and so did my brother's.

"You shouldn't have Linda, it isn't safe, I wouldn't want your father coming here if any harm were to come your way, on other matters you shouldn't be going home by yourself, Brad, you walk her home and keep her safe."

Now it was Linda's eyes to widen, thankfully no one bothered to ask where I was, for I wasn't sure how long she could keep up the lying.

"That isn't necessar—"

"I'll keep her safe dad."Brad cut in glaring at Linda who scowled at him in return.

These two acted worse than children sometimes!

Before either could ask where I was I crept out of the bushes and hid behind a tree before I knelt and crept to another one, I did this for about ten trees before I finally fell back against a tree trunk, absolutely sure that I was away from my dad.

"Well, well , well, look at what we have here."a deep scary voice said.

My startled eyes flew to big brown ones, a vampire!

There was a bloody vampire in front of me!
