Chapter 16

Jimin: Where have you been all day?!

I get startled by Jimin's voice. I don't know what to say, why is he mad at me? Did I do anything wrong?

Mishi: I'm just with sir Jeon

Jimin: Let's just talk tomorrow at work

Jimin ended the call. Curiousity build up in my mind because of his words

I am already at work and currently, I am inside my small office

I am doing some work that sir Jeon told me to do and suddenly I hear the door open and I quickly look who entered my office, and it was Jimin

I stand up from my seat and make an awkward smile "Ah Jimin..." I said and he smiled back "Hi" he said

"Take a seat" I said but he was silent. "Why you didn't go to work yesterday?" He ask out. I remember the call last night

"As sir Jeon's personal assistant, he do things that I need to be with him" I said. I don't know why but, I am nervous right now like it feels a parent is scolding me

"Like?" He said raising his right brow "Grocery?" I said. Jimin make a 'tsk' look and I shake my head "Why do you need to know about this? There's nothing to worry about" I said raising a brow

"I'm sorry, I just, nevermind forget about it" Jimin leaves and I sit down on my chair

"He's so awkward" I said and continuing my work

Jimin's P.O.V

After leaving Mishi's office, I quickly go to the comfort room and wash my hands

"Why does she need to go grocery with sir Jeon?" I said to myself looking at the mirror

"Aishh Jimin! Why are you like this?" I ask myself and I release a heavy yet frustrating sigh

After work, I go to Mishi's office to ask her to eat ramen with me

While I was on my way to Mishi, I saw sir Jeon leaves Mishi's office with a smile "What's with that smile?" I thought and sir Jeon enter his office

I enter Mishi's office and saw her fixing her things and she notice me and she smiled

"Why did sir Jeon came here?" I ask strictly. "He just, tell me things about work and ask some things" she said while fixing her things

I roll my eyes because of annoyance and I remember the reason why I'm here at her office "Do you want to eat ramen?" I ask her and she release a light sigh

"I'm sorry Jimin but, I have to go somewhere" she said. "I can come with you" I said hoping that she will agree and now she's done fixing her things and walk towards me "No thanks but, I'll eat with you next time" she said with a smile and I just nod my head "Ok" and she walk outside her office and saw her texting on her phone

Mishi's P.O.V

After talking to Jimin, I take out my phone and texted Moyeon

Mishi: I'm on my way there, I'll just take some time

Moyeon: Ok. Be safe!

After texting her, I put my phone back to my bag and go to the elevator

I was already inside the elevator and it's about to close the door when suddenly someone tap the door signaling to open it again

And surprisingly, it was sir Jeon. When the doors are already closed, silence is surrounding us since me and sir Jeon are the only ones inside the machine

And since we're on the 52nd floor of the building, it will take time to travel all way down to the ground floor

"Going somewhere?" sir Jeon ask out of the blue and I just nod

Me and sir Jeon finally arrived at the ground floor

I was looking for taxi when sir Jeon speak "I can give you a ride" he said and I turn over to look at him and he was smiling

Remembering what happened yesterday, I decided to refuse his offer "No thanks sir, I can go with my own" I said

"Come on Mishi, don't be shy" he said teasingly and I am shaking my head with an shy smile "Come on Mishi, please?" wow, when did this man become so desperate. Well, he's my friend anyway

"Ok fine" and he was smiling like a child already got its favorite toy

Me and sir Jeon already arrived at the place where me and Moyeon suppose to meet and I hop off of the car but sir Jeon open the door for me

I saw Moyeon ranning towards me "Mishi" he said with a smile while pantting and she darted a look to sir Jeon and look back at me with a smile

My eyes widened and shake my head cuz we're talking at our eyes right now

"So sir Jeon, wanna join us?" Moyeon asked
