Chapter One: The Beginning of a New World

~Chapter 1~

-Lilly's POV-

I opened my eyes and gasped in awe. This place is breathtaking... I wonder what my friends think of it. Oh that reminds me! I still need to find them! I looked around for about an hour, till I find my friend Lizzy.

"Hey! Lizzy wait up!" She turned around and stared at me with dagger eyes.

"Don't call me that on here!" She hissed at me. "My name is Joy, remember?"

"Oh, yeah! I forgot, sorry," I smiled at her, "then that means you have to call me Ocean!"

She sighed and shook her head at me, "Come on let's look for our friends."

We continued looking for our friends until I hear something, "Hey! You look like you know your way around, you must be a beta tester!" AWESOME!!! I want to meet a beta tester really badly and get some tips from them.

I grabbed Lizzy, I mean Joy, and dragged her over to the two guys. I looked at them with pleading eyes, "Are you two really beta testers?!? Can you teach me and my friend a few tips and tricks?" I looked over at Joy, just in time to see her face palm.

"That's why you dragged me over here?! You are hopeless sometimes..." She sighed exasperatedly.

"Um... I don't know.. I am a beta tester, but I wasn't really good..." the guy with the black hair said.

The redhead pulls the black hair dude and whispered, "Dude! It is two really hot girls! You can't say no!" I could hear them only because I have great hearing, and I can't help but giggle. Thankfully no one heard.

The black hair guy sighed at his friend, then looked back at Lizzy and me and smiled, "Sure, I would love to help you out." He put his hand out, "My name is Kirito."

I shook his hand and replied, "Nice name, Kirito! I am Ocean and my grumpy friend over there is Joy!"

The redhead dude next to Kirito introduced himself as Klein. After we got introductions over, we all headed out to the meadow where there was some wild demon boars.

"Ocean, you first, then Joy, and last Klein," Kirito instructed us. I faced the boar. No need to rush, I thought, it is all in the first move. The boars don't attack unless attacked first, so I planned my strategy and built up strength.

"Come on already! Attack it!" Klein complained. Joy, unlike her name, looked like she was about to slap him.

"Shut up, Klein. She knows what she is doing! Ocean has been playing video games like Call of duty, World of Warcraft, and all that fun stuff since she was 4 years old!" Joy yelled at him. That shut him up real fast.

I looked for an opening. The boar shifted slightly, so his underside was exposed a little. Now! I darted towards the boar as fast as my legs could take me, and cut open the underbelly of it with all of my force. That took of most of its HP, but one more quick blow would quicken its demise. I side sliced the boar once, and it perished before I could even finish my attack.

"Woah..... Dang girl, you don't need Kirito's help..." Klein looked genuinely impressed.

"I told you so," Joy looked at him and stuck her tongue out.

"Your turn Joy!" I said to her and smiled, "Good luck!"

Joy also took her time. I know she is better than me at planning strategies, so I knew she would kill it in one hit.

I was correct and Klein looked amazed, while as Kirito looked astonished. "Why did you two ask for help if you didn't even need any?" Kirito asked.

I shrugged, "I don't know, I just always wanted to get tips from a beta tester, so I could improve my tactics."

We continued on for a while like this, but soon Klein interrupted our little pattern, "Hey guys, I am getting hungry and I got a pizza coming. I am gonna log out for a few minutes OK?" We all nodded and were about to attack another boar, when I saw Klein looking really confused.

"Where is the log out?" Klein asked us. That's easy! It is always right in the profile section! Both Joy and I had the same idea, but neither of us could find the logout button.

"What the heck..... Where is it?" I wonder to myself outloud. Hmmmm.... Something must be wrong... I try and figure out what is going on while Joy is looking stumped, Klein is making a fool of himself trying to see if there is a voice command, and Kirito looks flat out worried to death.

All the sudden we all start shimmering, "A mass transport...." Kirito whispers.

I know I said that I would wait, bbbuuutttt I couldn't. I got 4 people that I know will read it, which has me really happy!!!! I even got a vote from a new person, whom I hope likes my story or is excited for! Also, I thought that I had 4 chapters finished, but apparently it is just two..... not even that.... I am still working on the second chapter.... I got bored with all my edits, plus my friends have been bugging the heck out of me to post it, sooo here it is!!! Also, yes, this is seriously how I act. You can ask any of my friends. Lizzy is a bit different in real life, mostly cause I think she thinks of all this in her head, but never says it. oh and I wasn't lying whenI said that Ihave been playing video games since I was either 3 or 4. my first video game was world of Warcraft, which I still love to this day, but I have also done other games, though minecraft ismy new fav.
