(7) Care

"I'll go, where you go..."

"Hoseok! No!" Yoongi yelled, reaching out to Hoseok.

Yoongi's shout goes unnoticed, Hoseok leans his body towards the cliff, leaning back until he fell.

Yoongi could only watch the only person he cared about die, his words had no meaning to the other as if he was in another world.

The morning light shining through the closed blinds woke Yoongi gently.

"Mh," he groaned, nuzzling his nose against the soft blanket.

His eyes slowly bat open.

If you go where I go, then I'll stay here, Yoongi thought to himself.

Jin opened the door quietly, "Oh, you're awake," he smiled. "C'mon, I prepared breakfast."

Yoongi nodded, "Thanks, I just need to go to the washroom first."

"Mh, go ahead, the washroom is just in the hall."

"Thanks," Yoongi answered with a raspy voice.

Yoongi made a mental note to get water right after.

After finishing his business, he sat down to eat breakfast with Jin.

"How was your sleep?" Jin asked.

"Better than ever," Yoongi grinned.

"That's good to hear," Jin chuckled, taking a sip of his coffee.

Actually, I slept better when Hoseok was beside me, Yoongi thought to himself, but he couldn't possibly say that. But it did remind him to visit Hoseok today.

"Uhm, Mr. Kim, I think I'm going over to see Hoseok," Yoongi said with a shy smile.

"I'll drop you off," Jin said.

Yoongi could refuse, he knows Mr. Kim would just keep bugging him to accept it. Plus he's in the middle of nowhere on an acreage...

After breakfast, Yoongi sent a text to Hoseok, letting him know about the visit.

Yoongi

Hoseok, I'll be at your house after your done your classes, okay?

It took Hoseok a while to respond, Hoseok only got to respond when it was in between classes.

He responded a moment later, causing Yoongi to jump in his seat from excitement.

Hoseok

Okay! Can't wait to see you ;)

Yoongi smiled to himself while reading Hoseok's reply.

Jin, lets out a small laugh, "Is that your lover?"

Yoongi's face flushes into a warm pink, "!-No, just uh, Hoseok," he nervously chuckled.

"Yeah, Is there a difference?" Jin teased.

Yoongi laughs, his palm starting to sweat, wiping his hands on Jin's pyjama pants.

Time to change the subject, Yoongi thought.

"Can you drop me off after they're finished the last block?" Yoongi nervously said, putting his phone on the table, facing down, away from his teachers prying eyes.

"Sure thing, and also, what do you think about having lunch at a restaurant, there's one just down the road; don't worry, I've got the bill covered," Jin suggests.

"If that's alright you," Yoongi said, feeling that he owes Mr. Kim.

"It's alright with me," he smiled.
