Chapter 7- Birth of love, birth of togetherness

Months went by, and being leader was just like a breeze. I never knew how easy it could be, having four animal forms were just spectacular. Although I was going through the most beautiful time, Lily was not and every day she look just as worse as the day before. With her baby coming soon, she has been getting sick and worried she or the baby won't make it. They, meaning Gabe and Lily, have been discussing baby names, incase there worries don't happen, if it's a girl the shall name it Erica, and if it's a boy they shall name it Eric. Lily is bummed out that her parents aren't there to support her or help through the agonising pain of pregnancy she still has her dad's cousins around. James was always like an uncle to her, but as she grew up and he became part of her school, she started calling him by his school name Mr Brolain.

"AHHHHHHH" Lily screamed across the camp as many close to her ran for her tent as we all hear heavy breathing.

"The baby, I think it's coming, GET THE NURSE, GET THE NURSE", Lily look so much in pain.

Gabe has been by Lily's side ever since her first kick of the baby. Lily was always in pain, her belly was very big and it was hard to keep up.

We hear more huffs and puffs and very hard breathing. The poor girl, if only she had waited longer.

Hours went by of Lily screaming in agony, and still no word of the baby. We were all kicked out besides Gabe about an half an hour ago. Lily had ultrasounds a couple of months ago, but she wanted to keep what was in her belly a secret.

Finally the noise stops and we hear baby screams.

"Wahh, Wahh" the little baby was a healthy baby.

"Aww, look Lily it's little Erica" Gabe said with suck realise and love in his face.

Suddenly as Lily was holding baby Erica, she gets more pain, and Gabe takes Erica off her.

"Hold on honey, there's another one coming" the nurse said to her as her face was so shocked.

The room was silent for about a minute, then Gabe came out crying.

"He didn't make it" Gabe said with tears running down his face.

"My only son, didn't make it" Gabe shoved his face against the wall of the room.

"Would you like to mould Eric's hand to hang on a wall?" The nurse asked Lily as both her and the nurse had tears running down their faces.

Lily nodded and gave Erica a big hug. Lily refused to let the nurse take Eric away before she got to hold her dead child's body. She hugged it and gave him a big kiss on the forehead.

"I'm sorry for your loss Lily" many people showered Lily with sorries and Hugs, of course it made her worse. Holding Erica to sleep Lily and her little child fell asleep in a rocking chair.

"Lily, wake up, LILY" I screamed at her as I pulled her off the rocking chair and to the came fire. We were all shocked to see the most magnificent creatures in the world.

"Hello everyone, I'm Tranity, the unicorn of gift and nature, as I hear of your appearance in this forest, I bring much news and gifts, as I hear the loss and birth of a baby, I bring it a gift of grace, love and togetherness, it shall grow up to be loved by everyone who seeks the child and grow up with grace and the power to keep everyone together. I also bring gifts for most but not all of you. As I hear, you have all been very kind to our forest and for that I give Lily the power of love, Eliza the power of all, Gabe the power of hunt, Anala the power to recreate, Tahni the power of training and Tyson the power of strength and forgiveness. I am sorry to have bothered you" spoke the most wonderful creature to ever be alive.

"Tranity, it has been a long time no see, I have seen you have located myself" James spoke loud and clear.

"I believe, James your the one not to have told me about your new comers" Tranity spoke.

"No I have not and I didn't plan to either, how did you come among my new members?", James spoke loud and clear.

"You mean James, we aren't the only ones?" Tahni said win much confusion.

"No but the others are all dead so it doesn't matter" James said with a tear coming down the cheek of his face.

James commanded Tranity and himself talk alone, so we all left and myself, Tahni, Anala, Lily, Gabe and Tyson all head off to the tent the baby is in.

"Lily, it has your eyes" I say as I look up to see Eric's hands and feet make of our gold hanging on the wall stuck to a wooden plank with a golden palette saying 'In loving memory of twin brother to Erica and first son of Lily and Gabe, Eric Peirce.' I felt bad for Lily's loss, as it was most likely the fall that hurt the baby so much and I didn't go with Lily to training it wouldn't have happened.

Erica was the most beautiful baby and already seemed to be a graceful one. As Lily insisted she take some rest, she held the baby tight and rocked it to sleep.
