As much as I wanted to have a day off, I cannot stay in New York and 'explore' since today is the Billboard Awards.

When I was younger, I've always thought a life of a pop star would be exciting and fun. I was clearly wrong. A life of a pop star was harder than you think.

One, lack of sleep. It would be a miracle to get the minimum of eight hours in bed, but surely that would be impossible. With the photo shoots, the songwriting, the packed schedule and responding the fan mail, there would never be a time for sleep.

Second, the fans. Don't get me wrong, I love my fans for supporting me. But with so much people wanting to take pictures and screaming fans, it's so hard to just walk around the mall without a group mobbing you.

Lastly, the paparazzi. It's like they are your parents that wants to know every move and every thing you do. The latest love interest and the latest rumors spread through like wildfire. The worst part of it all is that you cannot keep your personal bubble, meaning that they'll find out every detail about your life. Your favorite color, celebrity crush, sometimes it has to be the last time you showered! But of course, it's their job.

Dragging my suitcase to the plane, I waited until they announce that the plane is boarding and I could finally relax- and probably get some sleep- for at least seven hours.

I sighed when I got to the window seat. The view always clear out mind when I am in need of relaxation and away from the stress. Sighing again, I closed my eyes and threw my head back on the seat, taking deep breaths as people moved around the plane, looking for their seats.

"What a coincidence." I heard a too familiar voice say. My eyes shot open to see the blonde haired guy seating next to me with a smirk on his face. "It's like destiny is bringing us together."

"You're kidding me!" I groaned as I covered my face with my hands. "From all the planes you could fly in, you chose this plane."

"Well, I'm concerned of my safety." He remarked.

I faced my body to him and gave a death glare. "Look, I don't care if you're sitting to me as long as you could be quiet for the rest of the ride, I would appreciate it." I said. "I have to go to an award show tonight and I need some rest so would you please stop bothering me." I begged, throwing my head to the seat.

"Jas-"

"Shut up." I put my hand in front of his face. "All I need is seven hours of sleep." I said, facing the opposite side of Benjamin.

I heard him sigh and got comfortable in his seat. I breathed deeply before the pilot announces that the plane will be flying soon. Soon enough, my eyes closed and I fell asleep.

I woke up by simebidy shaking me gently. Shifting, I came to face with a steward. A small smile was on his face. "Miss, the planes about to land." He smiled.

I gave him a smile before I thanked him and stretched myself. Since it was already afternoon, the sun shined through my window, slightly blinding my eyes. I groan escaped my lips as I stretched my neck from it's position.

"Good morning, sleepy head." I heard Benjamin say.

"Shut up." I said immediately.

I was in no mood of speaking to Benjamin right now and I know that I have to prepare myself for the Billboard Awards, which means more stress. Gladly, I finally have concurred sleeping for more than three hours.
