Ash- We arrived at the living room, and let's just say the room was huge, the walls were reinforced with sound prove technology, the walls were white, how creative, and the floor was white. Perfect match. We speed over to the couch and I sat crossed legged and so did peter, "So, Ash, do you want to turn on a movie?" I looked at him and he first time that I have known Peter, he seemed nervous. All the time From the time I have known him he has had this calm demeanor, for the exception of that time he freaked out in the cell. "Umm, sure thing quike." His facial expressions kinda calmed down. He grabbed the remote and turned the Tv on, but it was normal speed, eww. "What are you doing quike, you have to speed it up." He smiled, that dang adorable smile gets me every time. "Hey JARVIS!" "Yes sir." "Speed up the movie to match our speed!" "Yes sir." the movie, the maze runner, turned on. "Nice choice quike." He didn't respond. He looked me dead in the eye before speaking again. "So, Ash, what did you what to talk about?" My contentedness from before was drained, now I was flooded with horrific memories of the unbearable pain that he caused me throughout the years. "Oh right, yeah, you deserve an explanation. About what's going on with georgia being captured and all. I'm may or may not go into detail, we'll see. Umm, so when I arrived at the facility I meet a good friend named Alpha, she was the first person to go to the academy. She was evil at first because of brainwashing but I talked some sense into her. But not before she wiped some of my memories, I remembered some of them because telepaths can't really "Delete" someone's memories, so when they pushed her to do this she leaked some of them. So that's how I remember my mom's name but not my own. After a while there were some kids that arrived at the academy, there were a few but just for today we will focus on just one, Jason." I coked out the last word, after all he had done I will never forgive him. "He was a good friend of my and at one point we became for than friends. One day though the academy came to him and asked him to join them in their conquese to weaponize mutants, even after all we went though he abandoned me, he agreed to their terms. They put him back in his cell so that he could spy on me. After what I think was months I told him something I would regret for the rest of my life. I told him that I had one family member left, my little cousin, Abby. Once he got that information he went straight to the headmaster of the academy and told them about her. They captured her and tormented her right in front of me, it was brutal. Around that time they had captured Abby I found out that Jason was working for the academy, it hurt so much, and that I think that was the thing that broke me to where there is no fix. But that wasn't the end to my torment, NOPE, it only got worse for me, after I found out about Jason they took away the remaining friends I had left, alpha was the last to leave that cell block, they took her to solitary confinement. I only saw her once a year after that and the remaining team left I saw once a week but it wasn't the same. All those nights, all thoses days, all those weeks, all those years I had no one to help deal with the screams, I sat there, alone." there were tears threatening to fall but not here, not now. I looked back to see peter staring in shock, I don't blame him. "But the reason I'm telling you this is because that Jason is back, I don't know how but he is. Now he has captured Georgia and I don't know what to do." He just slowly nodded still in shock of my gory past. "We really need to get going, we have to stop him ad get georgia back. Who knows what they will do to her." I went to stand up but was pulled bac down by peter's hand. I turned to face towards him and his face showed, not pity, but it showed sympathy and concern. "How do you do it Ash, how do you walk around and act like nothing's wrong. Like your okay. How long has it been that you told someone that?" I looked back down at the ground. "Ever since the group was separated.." Those tear were cutting close, I needed to get out of there. "But I'm fine. We need to tell peter that Jason's got Georgia, last I saw him he looked like he was about to cut off my head if I didn't tell him." I chuckled nervously. He stood up, wow, I thought he was going to be more stubborn about the situation. But instead of going towards the door he pulled me into a tight embrace. I was in shock at the sudden touch but slowly eased into it. I laid my head on his shoulder, why did I trust him so much I don't know, but it was a relief to be hugged again. "Ash." "yes?" "I know that you have tears about to fall, there's no one watching, it's just me in the room." I took a shaky sigh before letting the tears fall. I hadn't cried in years and yet here we are. Just me and Peter in this very un normal sized living room, standing there, hugging each other, while there is maze runner playing in the background. He sat me back down on the couch, sat next to me and pulled my head to lay on his shoulder. I slowly drifted to sleep, laying on Peter's shoulder, right when the grevier was about to attack Thomas. This was just the beginning of Peter's journey to get my full trust.
