Jimin's Pov

I immediately sit down on the living room floor and place the cat cage in front of me.

"Jungkook where are you going? Come and play with the kitten with me!" I yell at Jungkook as I see him about to walk up the stairs.

He turns around slowly and sighs walking to me. I smile as he sits next to me on the floor.

I open the cat cage and bring the kitten out. I place her on my lap and I turn my body to face Jungkook.

I smile as I pet her. I thought she would be scared but nope, she's actually calm. That's the first.

I pick her up and place her on Jungkook's lap. His reaction is priceless! He has a really confused face and he surely doesn't know what to do.

I just laugh at him.

"W-why did you give her to me? I don't know what to do!" I laugh even harder.

"Just pet her." I say as I wipe the tears of laughter from the corner of my eyes.

He hesitantly pets her calico pelt. I can see Jungkook look less tense as he continues to pet her.

"What do you wanna name her Jungkook?" I ask looking at the kitten. He looks up at me and shrugs.

I give him a really look. "You bought her, so name her Jungkook."

"You wanted her, you name her." He says as he looks back down at our cat. I sigh in defeat.

"Ok um..." I say as I think.

After about 3 minutes of thinking, I finally have a name for her.

"Oh I think I have one! It's a word I recently saw and learned the meaning." I say in a little excitement.

Jungkook looks at me waiting for the name. "The word is 'serendipity'." Once I say that he looks at me confused.

"Serendipity? What does that even mean?"

"It's means like a change in events but in a positive way." I say smiling. Jungkook just looks at me with no expression.

He looks back down at the cat in his lap. "If that's what you want to call her, then that's her name." I smile with my teeth.

"Serendipity" I repeat in a whisper liking the way the word sounds.

"Wait but we forgot to buy food and stuff for her." I say realizing we just bought her with no food or anything.

"I'll ask one of the maids to buy kitten food and a bed later." Jungkook says and I nod.

"Can we bring her in your room? My butt hurts from sitting here too long." I say as I stand up. Jungkook stands up too.

"Sure but you carry Serendipity cuz I don't know how." He says handing her to me. I giggle and hold her.

Jungkook carries the cat cage and we both head upstairs and into his room.

I sit on Jungkook's bed and place Serendipity next to me. Jungkook places the cat cage in his closet and then climbs onto the bed and sits in front of me.

I start to play with Serendipity as Jungkook just watches. As she lays down on her back, I giggle and rub her belly.

I stop petting her and look up at Jungkook. "You play with her now."

"Play with her? What if she scratches me?" He says, not wanting to play with Serendipity.

"Did you see her scratch me while I played with her?"

"No..."

"Well then play with her!" He huffs as he starts to play with her.

As I watch them, my eyes start to close. I rub my eyes and say, "I'm sleepy Jungkook."

Jungkook stops playing with the cat. "Go to sleep then Jiminie." He says smiling.

I blush at that name again. Why does that nickname make me blush every time??

I quickly go under the covers of the bed so he doesn't see my red face. But I was too slow.

"Why did you blush? Jiminie." Jungkook says as he lays down next to me.

"I-I didn't blush!" I say still under the covers. Jungkook chuckles and goes under the blanket too.

I feel Serendipity lay in between us. I peek out from the blanket and look at her. She's curled up into a ball sleeping. I smile and pet her.

I look at Jungkook and he's facing me but his eyes are closed.

"Goodnight Jungkook." I say as I close my eyes.

"Goodnight Jimin." I smile as I fall asleep.

Whoa double update??
I didn't have that many things to do today so I thought I would do another chapter. I hope you guys are still enjoying my story!
