i was getting ready for work when the radio started playing my favourite song by 5 seconds of summer, want you back, so i started singing it to put me in a good mood and by the end of the song i was

"Mikalya i'm leaving " i say and head to to the parking bay to get my car

well she's obviously asleep still i thought 

"AND I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU" i belt out as i head down to the shops for work

"well that was fun" i say closing my door as i grab my bag from the backseat

as i head into the store i see a cute boy around my age looking at our new checkered vans.

(she works at Vans)

i quickly put my stuff in the back room and look around the store to help some people out.

"Y/N good to see you how are you" Jess says from behind the counter

"Good" i say leaning on the counter

"Girls i dont pay you to sit and chat now get back to work" Jeff says 

"I just got here" i say to Jess rolling my eyes

"Cute boy at 3:00" she says 

she's been trying to get me a guy so me and her can go on double dates with her and her boyfriend

"i know e looks cute so i should go help him" i say looking at him then to her before going towards him

"Hi do you need any help" i say to the boy

"Huh oh yeah" he says smiling at me

"What do you need help with" i say 

"I cant decide between the slip ons or the lace up" he says giving me a confused look

"I'd say slip ons cause there easy to put on and there simple but stylish" i say holding up the slip ons

"Oh yeah i was leaning towards the slip ons but i just needed a good reason" he says smiling at me

"Do want me to go get your size" i say pointing the shoe size's

"yeah can i get a size 8 (random) and you're number if thats ok" he says smiling

"Of course and that was a smooth move" i say before walking to Jess to tell her

"Whats happening" she says leaning on the counter leaning on her fist

"he asked for my number" i say smiling awhile finding a size 8

"Yes i can finally get a double date" she says handing me a size 8 on a high shelf i can't reach

"Jeez now do you have a pen" i say so i can write my number on the back of his receipt

"Always" she says getting one from her purse

"Here ya go" i say to him while e does his credit card stuff

"Here us your receipt with my number like you asked" i say giving him his shoes

"Hey i was wondering if after you're shift if you wanted to grab a drink, not alcoholic cause i'm under age but like a coffee" he says fumbling to add my number into his phone

"Yeah just text me" i say smiling as he walks of

"That was cute" Jess says smiling at me
