Chapter 16

Marcel's POV:

It was time to go! I just calmed Evan down after we found out, that Azazel had an affair with Ev. He was really upset and terrified but Evan kept helping us and searched for Delilah. ,,Guys! We need to spread out now! Go!'' I yelled and tried to look for Delilah. I headed with Lui and Brock to the direction, where Azazel was coming from. It made sense, because if he did something to her, he would go away from the incident. It was next to the arena. There were dead trees and rocks everywhere and it was kinda scary.

It was a really weird place and we had scary vibes from it. ,,This is horrible.. poor Evan, Brian.. and Delilah.. Do you think Azazel did something to her? Hurt her?'' Lui asked, walking in my steps. He was also scared, I could tell. ,,Don't know.. He was looking, like he DID. But we still don't have any signs of it.'' I answered and kept going. Every minute was good for us, but with every minute.. we were starting to get more creeped out. I felt like the more we got deeper to the forest, the sky got more and more darker. ,,Um.. guys? I-I think that w-we should go back.'' Brock said. It was scary for everyone, but I couldn't stop going. I felt, like Delilah was somewhere near by. ,,Marcel! We're gonna get lost! Come on! Let's go back!'' ,,No.'' I snapped and kept looking. I just KNEW she was somewhere around here.

In the distance, I saw a light. The light was getting stronger, every time, I got closer to it. When it was more clear, I saw a body on the ground. It was her. ,,IT'S DELILAH! I TOLD YOU!'' I yelled at Brock and Lui and ran up to her. Her eyes were closed and I didn't know, if she was breathing. ,,Let's go!'' Brock said and picked Delilah bridal style. We went back through the forrest and got everyone's attention. ,,HEY! We found her!'' Lui yelled. I heard the guys gasp and saw them walking up to us. ,,Is she ok? Where did you find her?'' Jon asked. ,,In that forest, right there.'' I said and pointed at the trees.

,,Shouldn't we check, if she's still alive?'' Craig said in a sarcastic tone and checked her pulse. ,,Mini, she's not a human. She is a goddess. What if she doesn't have pulse?'' I said and kind of tried to look at her chest to see, if she was breathing. She WAS breathing. I gasped and gently put her on the ground. All of her dress were almost ripped off of her. She had bruises all over her body and cuts on her arms. It looked like, if two boxers beat her up. She looked horrible and all of us got concerned.

,,Lui, go get a blanket and a med kit!'' Evan said. Lui just used his super speed and in a blink of an eye, he was back. ,,Here!'' Lui said, passed me the med kit and covered Delilah in the blanket. We needed to get her body in the right temperature. She was cold like ice. It got us a while to process, what was going on, but we got the blanket and the med kit, so everything was good now.

,,We can't have her laying on the ground here! We have to take her to us!'' Brock recommend. Tyler picked her up, still covered up in the blanket and while we were going to our cottage, Tyler was heating Delilah's body with his power.

I checked, if everybody was there, but I couldn't find Evan. Turned out, he was walking far away behind us by himself, looking at the ground. He looked so upset and I just felt, that I should go and talk to him. ,,Hey, Ev!'' I said, smiling. He looked up and smiled back at me. ,,Hey. Um.. Do you need anything, orrrr...?'' Evan asked. ,,Well, you looked kinda like ... sad, so I just wanted to have a little chat with you, ya know..'' He nodded and walked along with me. ,,Is Brian bothering you?'' I asked. Evan's smile turned into a little frown.

He sighed and started talking: ,,Yup.. Marcel, you have no idea, how much I'm over this shit. Delilah is unconscious for the second time, Brian is still gone and we are maybe going to die in few days.'' For few hours, Evan has been nothing but a sad little owl, who has been walking like a soul left him or something and I had to do something, to make him feel better. ,,Hey, don't be so negative. I mean, I know you've been through some shit in past couple days, but chin up, man. Delilah, Brian and everyone is going to be ok.'' I said and stopped walking. Evan stopped walking as well and just looked at me with a little smile. ,,I swear.'' I said and gave him a hug. ,, Thanks, Marcel.. I needed that. Now keep'er goin' and let's get things done!" Evan said and cought up with the guys with me.

Time skip..

Jon's POV:

There was nothing but panic in the air. Craig was about to pass out, because Delilah still wasn't reacting to any of us. We tried to wake her up multiple times, but she just wasn't getting up. ,,Guys, this is fucked. What are we going to do?" Lui said, sitting in Nogla's lap on the chair, next to a table. We were all aware, that we're fucked. There was like nothing to do. I just wished, that Luke would be here.. I didn't want to tell the guys, but since Luke and my sister broke up, we started dating. I know it's maybe weird, but I don't even care. Cartoonz and I are both bi, so that is another thing, we have in common. I was just scared, that the others would judge is for dating their bestest friend.

,,Del.. are you there, bro?" I heard Marcel say. Everyone was looking at me and I realized, that I zoomed out for a second. ,,Oh yeah! Just.. thinking, ya know.'' ,,Guys!" We heard Brock snap, like he found something. ,,There's a note. I think Delilah wanted to say something, before Azazel fought her.'' ,,Well.. what does it say?" Evan asked. ,,It says.. Elpis is your help. What the hell does that mean? Elpis? Wait.. that is the goddess of hope. Do you think that this goddess can help us?" There was a long minute of us trying to figure out the message. ,,So like.. Should we find her somewhere?" ,,But how?" ,,I don't know. How do you call a goddess?"

,,Did you mean.. Call me?" ,,What the-?!"
,,Who the fuck are you?!"

Esai's POV:

These foolish humans are falling into my trap.. Everything is going very well. The only thing, that I don't have under my control, is that Brian fellow. He doesn't listen to me and ignores my commands. I thought, I could steal his power, but I can't... Delilah is in her deep sleep and I don't think, that she's not gonna be a threat to me for few days... She's weak now... When I kill all of those humans, I will then destroy Delilah and take over of this world.

,,Brian.. Come here..'' I called Brian to my throne. ,,What do you want?" Brian said with an angry tone. Since, I imprisoned him, Brian wasn't taking me seriously. He never listened to me, so almost every hour, I beat him up. ,,How many times do I have to tell you.. You do not talk like that to your king!" ,,You? My king? Heh.. You can't be serious..''

That bastard was laughing at me. ,,You won't be laughing, when I kill your boyfriend..'' I said and gave him an evil smile. ,,You won't even put a hand on Evan!'' Brian tried to run at me, but the chains stopped him. I just laughed at him and continued pissing him off. ,,When Delilah will lose all her strength.. that's the day, I am gonna fight those idiots. They're no match for me and my powers. They can't do nothing. I know, you can hurt me with your mind, Brian.. that is why, I imprisoned you, so you could do nothing. In my palace, you can't do anything. In The Dark Palace, you can't use no magic, but dark magic. While I'm going to be killing those fools, you'll be here sitting in chains and won't be able do anything to help them. Heheheheheheh...'' Brian just gave me an angry look and spat in my direction. That made me laugh even more. ,,The world will be mine.''
