Alice

Its been 4 days since the unexpected rogue attack. Things were going back to normal now. Some have been very cautious, some were just doing nothing.

Me and Alaric have gotten a lot closer ever since. He would feed me even though it was unnecessary but he insists. Its the least i could do for him.

My wolf, is slowly coming back and im very happy. I missed her so much. Shes been through more pain than me.

Which makes me wonder, i dont feel that much pain anymore, so maybe i can try to stand?

I was about to stand when i heard a knock from my door. "Come in" i said.

When the door opened i realized that it was Alaric. He came in and when he saw me he gave me a genuine smile.

"Heres some dinner" Alaric said while smiling, he gently placed the food infront of me.

I slowly picked up the spoon and ate the delicious food. "Have you eaten yet?" I asked, i felt embarrassed eating in front of him because he was just staring at me.

"No, i gotta make sure you ate first" He answered. An idea came uo to my mind. I lifted up the spoon towards him. He smiled and opened his mouth, and munched on the food.

A few more bites later and i was full. He took the food out of my lap and gently placed it on the nearby table.

"Wanna watch movies?" He suggested
"of course!" I immediately agreed and he chuckled.

3 movies later and my eyes already hurt. A long yawn escaped my mouth. "I guess that means your sleepy?" He asked. I was too tired that i only managed to nod my head. He gently tucked me underneath the covers and turned off the lights.

He watched me go to sleep for a few minutes and then he stood up, but before he manages to get out of the room, i held his hand, stopping him right from his tracks.

"Can you sleep with me?" I asked shyly. It was a very sudden question and even he was a little shocked about it. "Of course" he answered.

He pulled the covers up. I felt the side of the bed dip and felt his arms wrap around my waist.

And just like that, i was out like light.
