Althea Ten:

"We need to get out of here!" I yelled. I ran out of the cell they put us in, Nova following closely behind me. I grabbed the guns off of corpses, taking a couple helmets then tossing one at Nova. "Doesn't matter if we're immune or not, we need supplies," I told everyone.

Buki grabbed one of the guns and yelled,"back in the game again!"

Si chuckled at Buki's arrogance, surrounded by these Drenchers now the only option we had left was to fight. We aimed for the collar bones which took them down instantly. We wondered the hallways having eachothers backs when one of the Drenchers popped up. We came to a large open room, it had soldiers who seem to have been unaffected until one of them hit the floor on their knees, blood exploding from them.

"It's airborn off of us anyway, right?" Si said. He started shooting around the entire room, killing all the soldiers that were in there.

"Si!" Nova yelled.

"What, they were going to be Drenchers," Si replied.

"Shooting humans kills people," Nova said.

"Oh I didn't know," Si replied sarcastically.

"Stop with the chit-chat we need to get a move on," I said walking over all the dead bodies that Si just shot down. We snuck down another hallway, the walls seemed to be coated with some sort of metal, like aluminum perhaps.

We came to a door that needed a password to get thru the door but it seemed to be from the other side. We opened the door and escaped into a normal looking building from our perspective.

There was no one anywhere though, not one person. We came around to what looked like a front office desk and found someone that was missing an large piece of neck laying right next to a chair laying on it's side.

"They've already been here," Buki said grimacing.

"No one will be safe from these Drenchers," Nova said.

"That's for sure," I replied.

"Maybe us because we're immune," Stark said.

"Anyone around us aren't safe though, we carry the virus like a rat," I said quoting off of the purple haired scientist that came in to our cell. If it weren't for her we would still be sitting inside of those cells being tested on like white lab rats.

"But we are immune. What would interest me is what if we injected our blood in someone without being around them. So they don't catch the virus before they get the serum," Stark mumbled next to me.

"Interesting theory," I replied to Stark's mumbling,"but we probably won't be able to try it."

"We need to get out of here, and find a tank to drive," Nova said smirking.

"If we are the problem wouldn't it just make it worse if we went out to find a huge group of still living people. They would catch the virus and everyone would end up dead," Si added.

"But it's not like normal people would be able to defeat a enemy even the military couldn't," I replied to his question,"the best course of action would be to find other people who are immune, find out why then make a sirum using what we could find out from our blood and our changed DNA that gave us the power to be immune."

"We would need a scientist for that though," Stark said.

"You always got A's in science right? You know how to work science so you'll be our scientist," Si said replying to Stark.

"We really need to get going, they're following after us," Nova said pointing after the Drenchers on the other side of the door.

"Great idea," I said as I started running, the rest of my group following closely on my heels. We turned once again, our guns jingaling, finding doors that needed four numbers to get thru.

"Let me see this," Si said grabbing the clippy from Nova's hair then started playing with the keypad. The door slid open after around a minute of the Drenchers getting closer. We all ran out, I closed the door behind us and looked in front of us. There were about half a Dozen tanks sitting, no soldiers protecting them.

"Everyone want to jump in a different one?" I asked.

"It would be better to pair off, just in case something went off. Stark your with Nova and I," Buki said started to climb on top on one of the tanks. He then slipped into one.

"Sounds good," I replied smirking. I looked over at Si for confirmation.

"Sounds good," Si confirmed.

Si and I jumped into one of the tanks, the keys already sitting in the ignition. Si chuckled. I turned the key and the familiar stirr of a engine roared.

"Ready to go," Buki's voice said thru a small speaker.

"How do we use the speaker?" Si asked pushing down a lot of buttons.

"Hold the red button when talking," Buki replied. Si started playing with it.

"Let's get out of this prison," I said as I slammed on the gas. I rammed strait thru a metal fence that was surrounding all the tanks. We started out over green grass but we had to slam thru another metal gate.

"Whoo," Buki said as we slammed thru the fences.

"Stop enjoying this, it's a prison break after all," I told him as Si held down the red button. I felt the same way when we crashed thru the fences, but I guess I prefer to keep my emotions to myself then.

We drove onto the road seeing the wall that we had to go thru behind us, we kept driving.

"Driving a tank is so cool," Buki's voice echoed thru the tank I was currently driving.

"I'm driving one right now," I replied holding down the red button.

"Can I have a turn at driving the tank?" Stark asked.

"No way dude," Buki replied. The speaker cut out so I'm sure he let go of the red button he in the first place told us to hold in the first place.

We were able to drive right over multiple drenchers rolling into the unknown horizon. Maybe we'll be able to somehow figure this mess out finding somehwere safe to be.
