•so to wake up early u need to set up an

Annoying ass alarm

You can try putting it under your pillow for more vibration and sound ~

I leave my phone charging overnight so i lower it a bit

•when you wake up go to your restroom and wash your face with cold water

(It helps a lot)

•take a shower that scares the rest of the sleep in you away

•have a healthy breakfast

(Fruit,egg,cereal,granola bar,etc)just have whatever you want

•do some excersize it helps you get in shape. i only do it once in a while but not very often =im to lazy 😂

•make your bed

And clean your room
