-1- picture collage
What you'll need
•pictures
•tacks or double sided tape
•framed corkboard
F͟͟o͟͟r͟͟ t͟͟h͟͟e͟͟ p͟͟i͟͟c͟͟t͟͟u͟͟r͟͟e͟͟s͟͟:
~for the pictures i recommend printing some of your favorite quotes, tumblr pictures, pictures with family or friends etc. | a small squared sized picture is preferable |
(F͟͟r͟͟a͟͟m͟͟e͟͟d͟͟ C͟͟o͟͟r͟͟k͟͟b͟͟o͟͟a͟͟r͟͟d͟͟)
~this isnt really hard to do all you need is a corkboard sheet and picture frame big enough.Just take the frame out of the picture frame and if neccesary cut the corkboard to fill it into the frame
|| Now just tack or tape your pictures in the corkboard frame to create a picture collage
(what i like about this diy is that you get to change the pictures whenever you want to.)
-2-Quoted pillows
What you'll need
•pillow sheet
•printed quote
•ironing paper
~for your quote or the word your going to put in your pillow you can either cut the words out or cut the paper into a square size to make it smaller and place the words in order or the square on top of the pillow sheet on top of that place the ironing paper and iron that out and youre done.
-3-DIY lava lamp
What you'll need
•vase
•food coloring
•vegetable oil
•water
•alka seltzer
~take a cup of water and then add your food coloring.
~Then fill your vase 3/4 full of vegetable oil.Next add your colored water into the oiled vase. (Be sure to leave an inch or two so that the vase doesnt overflow with following step.)
~Now break you Alka setzer into pieces and add them piece by piece watching the fuzzle happen.
~add a small light ubderneath the vase and see the oil light up
(the bubbles do fade away sometime)
-4- painted lamp bases
What you'll need
•your lamps base
•spray paint of your favorite choice
~this is really simple all you need to do is remove the lamp shade and the light bulb and place it outside (somewhere you wont mind painting on or put something to protect it under) And start spary painting it until you get the color.
