Tied Up

Chapter 9

Sophia's POV

It was the next day and we decided to camp out in this area we stopped at the night before. It was late in the afternoon and we planning out how were gonna get Guad that is if she's there, but I know that she has to be here. I feel it.

It was nightfall and we've settled on a plan. We had police and ambulance back up earlier today so they are on standby when we need the help. As for how we got the cops on standby it was a long process but we convinced them.

Well it's now or never.

We were walking through a forest Bailee had the battery with dynamite in one hand a gun in the other, I had a gun in hand with bullets in my back pocket, Monica, Ethan, and Grayson are in the back keeping an eye, but in case of an emergency Grayson has a AK-47. As I was walking I couldn't help but see something blinking in the trees.

“Hey guys look at the trees for just a sec” I said as I looked at the tree. Everyone looked around and saw the blinking as well. I shoot at the blinking and something fell, oh gosh I hope I didn't kill an animal. I got closer to see that it was a camera.

“Hey these are cameras.” I said

“Well we just gotta be careful” Bailee said

“Ok” I said as I stepped on the camera crushing it into pieces.

We walked for a good little while and Bailee stops. “Do you see what I see” she says. We all look up and we all the a white she and a nice looking house to the side. Is Guad in the shed? There's only one way to find out.

“Come on I got an idea.” Bailee said as she starts jogging towards the shed, we all follow suit but instead of the shed she sneaks her way over to the side of the house.

“Bailee what are you doing?” Grayson said in a whisper

“Hey I'm going on break I'll be back” we heard a voice say from the front area of the shed. We all stay silent.

After a short while it was silent and Bailee peeked her head to see if both the guys were standing out front. She gave a thumbs up and sets down the car battery with dynamite and lights it up.

We all made a run for it and it explodes. The guys out front went to the back to check but we made it to the front. There's a lock on the door and Grayson uses the butt of the AK to break the lock.

We all run in and see a weakened Guad.

Bailee’s POV

Grayson breaks the lock with the butt of the gun and we all run in to see Guad on the floor. She looks depressed, hungry, weak, and not stable at all.

She looks up at us and she's shocked and surprised. Her eyes look weak and puffy.

“Guadalupe..” I said

“You came….you really came” she said as she starts to tear up

I look over at Grayson and he's smiling along with Ethan, Monica is smiling and wiping a few tears and Sophia is fully crying, as for me I wipe a few tears. We all help out Guad. I cut the ropes from her wrists and her wrists look terrible, rope burn and a big gash on her right arm. I look at her face and she has a black eye. Why would someone hurt her like this, Why. She's innocent and she never deserved this. Grayson and Ethan broke the chain and her ankles were free.
