Two months later after the wedding, tsuna started craving for coffee even if she doesn't really like it, she would only take a sip and then stop, aside from that she's eating more strawberry cakes than she always do, she's also starting to dislike wearing perfumes, and sometimes get nauseous from it, aside from her husband smells she dislikes everything else, even her own perfumes.
She sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and asked for reborn to get her food or a drink, and sometimes she would cry out of the blue, especially when reborn is not beside her, if reborn is on a month long mission he would finish it in one or two weeks, to get home and be by tsuna's side.
she already had a hunch what is happening with her body but to make sure, she went to shamal to get a quick check up, "ohh, why is the most beautiful boss paying a visit here? is something wrong with you?" tsuna smiled, " nice to see you, too shamal" tsuna sat on the chair beside the doctor's table.
"I actually just want to get a check up, I just don't really feel well recently." she looked away and started turning red, while shamal tried to check her blood pressure "well..." after telling the symptoms to the doctor, shamal was speechless. "oh! congratulations, decimo! it looks like you're 5 weeks pregnant!"
tsuna's eyes widen, 'so it's true... I am pregnant with reborn's" she covered her lips as tears starts forming on her eyes.. she hugged shamal and thanked him. "now, now.. don't make me a sinner, or your husband would chase me till the end of the earth.
Tsuna chuckled, "then, I should tell them about the baby" she cheered.
after getting on the car, she asked the driver to go back home, tsuna wanted to surprise everyone about her pregnancy, she wanted her husband to know it first out of all of them.
evening came and reborn came in to her office, tsuna raised her head and saw her beloved and smiled,"welcome back, reborn" she said and kissed him, "reborn, I have something to tell you..... I'm pregnant"
Reborn, for the second time in his like after meeting tsuna, was speechless, before she knew tsuna was suddenly lifted into the air, "tsuna!...my wife" he said and brought her into tight embrace, "thank you" he whispered in her ears, "the woman wasn't able to help it and tears started welling up, "no, thank you, reborn, for choosing me" reborn started kissing her forehead to her nose, cheek and finally her lips. "I love you."
Now in her seventh month of pregnancy, reborn was taking mission that are only two or three weeks time to accomplish and turn down missions that are a month long or more, he was always beside her, reducing stress for tsuna, simply by giving the other work to her guardians, especially if it involves meeting with other famiglia's even if they're an ally.
They found out the baby was a boy when they went for a check up and got an ultrasound to see how the baby was doing, tsuna could jump in joy but, refrained from doing so, while reborn smiled and give her a kiss on her lips.
Two months later, tsuna was sitting on her office chair drinking green tea with the storm, rain and sky arcobaleno when she felt a sudden tug in her stomach, her eyes widen as she touch it , her companions seems to notice her distress and they come for her comfort, "tsuna-san are you okay?" yuni asked, "th-the baby's coming"
the three arcobaleno's eyes widen, colonnello immediately picked her up, and ran outside "quick! Call reborn and tell him the baby's coming, kora!!" he shouted and run to the outside where he saw kyoya and yamamoto, "hibari, yamamoto!! get the car immediately, tsuna's about to give birth!!" he announce, yamamoto was about to get his car when a black sports car stopped in front of them, "get her in!!" reborn shouted.
Colonnello gently sat her in the car, and as soon as the door was closed reborn quickly speed to the hospital vongola manage while breaking a few laws, Reborn turned to tsuna who's already sweating bullets and reborn reach her hand and let her grip it, "it's fine tsuna, just breath, we're almost there" reborn said as he comfort her, true to his words, the car stopped in front of the hospital and he carried her, shamal was the first one he saw and they immediately sent her to the delivery room.
The doctor wore a proper uniform for the delivery while reborn stood deside his wife, supporting and comforting her, he knows that her guardians are already outside with nono, iemitsu and nana.
after an hour of labor,the baby was finally delivered, happiness was an understatement for the new parents of a healthy baby boy, tsuna's tears were unstopable as she held the child of his beloved husband, she looked at reborn and saw him looking at the baby on her arms, then looked at her before kissing her forehead.
"he's beautiful, i love you so much" reborn said before kissing her again, tsuna smiled and looked at the baby in her arms, "what should we name our angel?" tsuna asked then looked at her husband, "hmm, then cielo, cielo sinclair" as if agreeing with this name, the baby smiled, "he likes it" tsuna said then kissed his head.
After naming the baby, shamal took the baby to clean him some more and get him a check up, meanwhile, tsuna was sent to her own private room to get some rest, "how's my daughter and grandson?" nana asked, reborn smiled, "they're both fine, tsuna is getting some rest and cielo is in the nursery room, they're both healthy" reborn said making nana sigh in relief, "oh, thank goodness" she said then looked at her husband, "ahh, nana, aren't you glad,how about let's check on the baby through the window at the nursery to check on him" he suggested.
Nana smiled, "yeah, let's go" she she said before turning to reborn, "we're gonna check on the baby, please take care of my daughter while were gone" she said then left, reborn looked at the door to tsuna room then entered, he saw tsuna sleeping peacefully, 'she must have been so exhausted' he thought then kiss her head and stroke her hair.
After a few days, tsuna was finally able to get home with her child, "he looks just like you" reborn muttered, tsuna chuckled, "he got your hair and eye color though" cielo smiled and as if he's already hearing their conversation about him.
"what about a girl this time" tsuna turned red about the suggestion and turn to his husband
"reborn!!" tsuna outburst was followed by laughter by her beloved.
