So basically I was rewatching Sonic Underground (one of the best sonic cartoon series ever)
And I was like this kinda dystopian future shit will work in a RWBY AU sense
So yeah I wanted to see if you'd like to see something like that

Dingo ~ Mercury
Uncle Chuck ~ Qrow (of course)
