Aaron's POV

"What Aaron? Too scared now?" Isaac said with a hint of smirk. I would gladly punch his face if there's no gun pointing to my head.

I clenched my fist and growled. "We had a deal!"

"I know and we're alllmoooosttt finish. Just put a bullet through his head and you'll have your money."

The deal was i'd bring him to you and i'll get the money, bastard. But there's no point on saying that. Isaac was never the guy you could cooperate with. He was never a friend. He's not an enemy that you want though. He got that ability to makes you do what he wants--with just his clever mind and smart talk. He can push you to things you never thought you could do, but either way he could push you to things you never wanted to do. His face is not what you expect from bad guys. He got this...calming expression. He could really deceive you with his good looks and smooth talk. It feels like you're on a trance when you're with him because you never really know what you were doing. And even though i know this lots of facts about Isaac, i'd still cooperate with him. I'm surprised i got myself involved with one of his so-called 'deals and promises" Am i that desperate of money to begin with? yes.

I wonder what Cole--the guy that Isaac wanted--did to him. When i went to find him, he looks like a normal guy with a job that he's proud of and a girlfriend that he loves. Not the kind of a guy that ever cooperates with Isaac. Not me. A desperate jobless guy with a million or so debt.

I could just easily point a gun at him. But what does that makes me? a killer? a criminal? a coward for not fighting like real men? And what about his family, his girlfriend? They'll never forget how he died, killed by a jobless pathetic guy. It's not fair for Cole also. He'll never got the chance to live his dreams. I'll have that guilt haunting me whenever i go.

And what about Evelyn? She'll probably get known by the lable of the sister of a killer. She'll never look at me the same again. It's worst enough what she thought about me now, i don't want to give her any more negatives.

But...what about the money? If i don't kill him, i'll never get the money for that stupid debt. If don't kill him, Evelyn and i will lose everything we'll have. We'll be homeless. This is the only thing that's keeping us alive. Money.

"No." I said.

Isaac raises his eyebrows. "Ya sure?"

"Yes."

"Very well then." Isaac gestures for the man that's pointing a gun to my head. "Kill him."

And then everything went black.

Evelyn's POV

I'm in the front -Finn

Ok, i texted back. I took a deep breath. I promised myself and Emma and Heather to be nice to him and pretend that he's some nice stranger that i just met. This date was planned for us to get to know each other better anyway. And when this ends, the decision comes back to me.

I walk downstairs, not rushing it--just taking it slow. I open the door, and found Finn sitting on my front porch, his back facing me. He quickly turned around and straightened up. He was wearing dark skinny jeans and plaid shirt. He buttoned it to the top and roll the sleeves up to his elbow. And he cut his wavy dark hair! It's short but it fits him. He look rather charming that way. He smiled awkwardly.

"H-hi."

I only reply him with a smile and said, "Soo, shall we go?"

"O-oh yes. Uh um..c'mon." He gestures me to follow to his car. We both sat in the front and he started the engine.
