The moment I came out from the audition hall I started recalling what happened in past 30 minutes with me. I couldn't control my happiness. Without wasting another second I rushed towards Anny's class when I realised that all her classes are over and she might be at home by now. Wait! One second! Wasn't she going for a blind date today?

"This girl and her dates!"

I forgot to ask her whether she has any idea about the guy she is going to date. I was so excited for the auditions that I forgot to mention anything about the date. I took out my phone from my pocket and called Annah.

"Come on! Pick up! Pick up the phone."

After one complete ring, a familiar voice came from the other side of the phone, but it was not of Annah.

" The number you are calling is not reachable, please try again later."

" Damn it, I swear I am gonna kill this girl one day. "

Irrespective of what happened, I called Annah again but found the same answer.

"What happened to her? Is she Okay? Of coarse she would be! After all it's Annah I am talking about."

Even the thought of anything happening to her makes my body shiver with fear. Bad thoughts starting emerging in my mind. I called her again and again, when finally she picked up the phonecall.

"Hello?"

"OMG Annah! Are you even on this planet? What's wrong with you?"

"Wooh!! Easy there! What happened Eve?"

"Why were you not picking the bloody phone call?"

"Chill babes! Didn't I tell you, I have been going for a date today?"

"Yes! You did! But why were you not picking the call? Are you Okay? Did anything happen to you?"

"Gosh! What am I going to do to this girl. I am absolutely fine Eve! I forgot my mobile in the car. I just saw your calls."

Knowing that she is fine brought a relief to my spines. I sighed heavily, recollecting myself to respond again. I could feel small tears emerging in my eyes.

"Evelin? Are you there?"

"Yeah! Annah I am serious this time. Please don't be too careless to scare the shit out of me."

"Aww! My baby! I am completely fine. But 15 calls. Are you serious Eve?"

"The thought of you being in a trouble scared me off. I tried again and again to make sure you are fine. Anyways! I have something to tell you!"

"Didn't I already know what you are about to tell me?"

I could hear the chuckle from the other side of the phone, anticipating that Annah is equally excited to listen what happened in the audition hall!

"Shut up silly! Don't spoil the fun!"

I heard Anny laughing again. But this time the laughter was more loud and clear.

"So, the news is -"

I paused for a while only to excite Anny more. I wanted to delay the suspense as long as I could, only to see how much excited Annah is.

"Come on, speak up!"

I chuckled while continuing again.

"So, the news is-"

It felt as if I am the host of some kind of reality show, declaring the winner in the grand finale episode. Drama is the spice of my life and adding more fun to the drama is what I am doing right now.

"Eve, believe me, I am gonna die of curiosity. Please speak up!"

"Mrs. Johnson. That bloody bitch... She....she....rejected me!"

I Spoke the last line with all the emotions that I would have had if Mrs. Johnson would have rejected me.

"What? Are you serious Evelin? How can she be so cruel? I know how fine you are in your skills."

Annah shouted so loud that I could not feel my ears for another 5 seconds. The best thing about having a conversation on phone is that the other person could not see your facial expressions. The smile on my face was so bright that I could not help it.

"Yes Annah! That bitch-"

I started making sobbing sounds leaving the sentence midway. I could feel anxiety and anger burning inside Annah. I could feel the heat emerging inside her.

"Calm down Eve! I feel you!"

"A-Annah!"

"Yes dear!"

"I have something more to tell you."

"Calm down. Relax! What's that you wanna say?"

"Mrs Johnson! That bitch.....she.....she.....! Who the hell is she to stop me from getting selected silly! Off course I have been selected! I Evelin Scarlett Reed has been selected for the most awaited event Zineth!"

Now it was my turn to shout my ass out. Both me and Annah screamed with joy, the way we never did before. Annah cursed me with all that she could!

"How can you keep me in suspense for too long Eve! I was so scared when you told me that you have been rejected that I couldn't even imagine how would I console you for the shock that you would be in! You silly girl!"

And then we both laughed out loud. So loud, that our stomach started hurting. Whatever it is. The incident made our bond more strong. Infact, every incident that added in our life with every passing moment made our bond deeper and stronger.

I couldn't even imagine my life without Annah. Losing her is my worst nightmare.
