READ SLOWLY

The night sky is quite the sight
The stars light up in the dusk
Lighting the way out of the dimness
But I am stuck
Like vultures they start circling
Surrounding me in enternal darkness
Where has the light gone?
There are no stars now..
What once was quite the sight had vanished.
Locked away in murkiness
What once was here has faded
Is this just a nightmare?
A light still lingers deep inside the mind
What I hope to find is you
But I am trapped by my conjured thoughts.
By the silence, how many days have passed?
Like most stories there is a knight in shining armor.
Where is mine?
What once was here had dismaterialized before my eyes.
I feel exhausted.
What should've stayed has disappeared.
An eternal nightmare.
Can I ever be saved?
The light you brought had faded...
You are gone.....
What once was filled with light and beauty....
Has died out...
The world has ended for me...
