She's apparently been packed with work and her boss isn't letting her answer calls or anything until today. *A/N~ its a lame excuse ik i just forgot about her mum lmao* She won't be back for a few weeks at most anyways.

It was nearing the end of your English class and all you could think about was where Yoongi was.

You haven't seen him all day and when you asked Nayeon she simply smirked and shrugged. You know your friend too well to know all the ship names flooding her mind. You, on the other hand, were thinking that if you did end up liking Yoongi in a more romantic way than friends... what would happen?

Yoongsu was your only nice ex. He would tell you why he'd come round to your house at 4am but you'd already know. Either his father abused him or his parents were arguing. Whatever one it was, he was at your door in the next half hour, tears streaming down his cheeks as you would hug him and invite him in to watch dramas and maybe have some hot chocolate if you had some in your cupboards. So basically just a lazy day/night.

Kim Lee Joohun was the guy that made you scared. You were scared of him during your relationship. He was that type that was way too overprotective and would easily get jealous. Other girls loved that shit but you didn't for one reason in particular. He would assume things constantly. "Who was he?" "Are you two a thing?" "Are you cheating on m-" "SHUT UP! NO!" those were only a select few of the conversations you would have, arguments if I may. He wouldn't leave you alone. At that point you wondered if he actually loved you or you were just his source of comfort. He would use you to feel loved. He didn't love you, you don't know if you even loved him after you found out. Once you did, you confronted him and tried to break up with him... he didn't exactly let you. About a month after that he said he genuinely loved you, you took the bait and there you were for another month or two before she came. Chai Jaehee. Yes, you know her. You were first introduced to her when you saw the both of them talking outside a small cafe. He said that she was his cousin and you... you were blinded by love. After all that, you never loved a man again. You learned your lesson.

Or have you?

Whatever. Why do you even care about Yoongi? He's not exactly the softest fluffball you've ever met...

fuck. he is.

"Okay, class. That's all for today. See you tomorrow." Your train of thoughts were cut off by your English teacher. You packed up your stuff and threw your bag over your shoulder, Nayeon joining you in the process. "Hey, wanna eat lunch on the roof today? I'm bored." You nodded as a 'yes' and went to get your food.

---

You were sitting on a bench next to Nayeon on the roof. It was a nice day, clear skies, sunny, small breeze. That's the kind of weather you love.

Nayeon was still eating her burger but you were finished so you got up to go to the edge of the building and look over to take in the view. The sun helped you see everyone walking around. Some people rushing like they're late for work, people walking slowly with a cup of coffee in their hand, people on bikes, scooters, skates, skateboards. It sure was a nice sight.

You heard Nayeon shout something about leaving and without turning around, you waved at her. You heard the door shut. It never shuts... you thought and quickly turned around after hearing some footsteps.

"Hey." He says, a small, kind smile on his lips. You sigh in relief as the black haired boy walks up next to you.

"Hey, Yoongi..." you sigh, smiling yourself. You turn back to the view as Yoongi joins you.

"Why are you up here?" He asks still looking out. "I was up here with Nayeon but I never really get to see the view much, especially on a gorgeous day like this." You explained to him and Yoongi listened to every word. He didn't know why you were so interesting when you spoke, you just were.

You let out a small sigh and took in some fresh air. "What are you doing up here anyway?" You tilt your head towards Yoongi slightly. He just shrugs, "It's... peaceful? I guess." He simply says. You can understand that, school isn't really the most peaceful and relaxing place ever and living with a noisy, teasing sister probably isn't the best thing ever. "I get that..." you mumbled.

After a few minutes of comfortable silence between the both of you, the piercing sound of the school bell rings through both your ears, signalling it's time for classes again.

You let out a huge groan and roll your eyes as you pick up your bag, Yoongi following. He chuckles at your behaviour, "I thought you liked school." He says, smirking slightly. "Only when I can be bothered with it." You let out another groan as you make your way down the stairs and back into the school building. Before you can split with Yoongi he gently grabs your wrist making you turn on your heel. "What's up?" You ask, Yoongi awkwardly letting go of you and letting that hand go to behind his neck,

"Do you- uh... wanna hang out at mine later?"
