Knock knock goes the door.
Your breath hitches in you throat as you realise how close you are to Yoongi.
Too close.
You pull back and hide your face with your hair as you almost break into a sprint while going to get the door.
Yoongi sighs and rubs his hands over his face in embarrassment. "What were you doing, dumbass?" he mumbles angrily to himself before hitting his cheek lightly. 'Snap out of it, dimwit.' Yoongi lets out another groan after hearing who was at the door. "Hi, bro~" Nayeon's voice calls out to her older brother.
"What." he deadpans, glaring at the younger who doesn't react to the deathly eyes of Yoongi. "We gotta go! We have school tomorrow!" She smiles innocently... shit. "O-Okay...uh- bye, Yoongi." You stumble on your words as you try to avoid any type of contact with him.
"See you tomorrow..." he whispers barely audible for you to hear. You nod in his direction and he walks out of the living room and outside. Nayeon stays back and waits for the door to shut.
"So... what did I miss?" Nayeon says in a teasing way. You roll your eyes at her and rub it off as 'nothing, just kid shows and shit' trying to sound as casual as possible. Nayeon nods, it's sad that she finds you forcing her brother to watch kid shows 'normal'. "Okay, I'm off! See you tomorrow!" She waves before leaving your house. "Bye..." you weakly let out before the door slams shut.
You flop down onto the couch with a dramatic sigh. You pick up your phone and decide to call your mum to see where she is.
Ringing- "Hello?"
"Hey, mum. Where are you?"
"I'm still at work, I'll be later than usual so feel free to order something for dinner. Is that okay?"
"Yeah, thanks."
"I'll see you tomorrow maybe. I'll be back around after midnight so you should be sleeping."
"Okay, bye. Love you."
"Love you too, sweetheart."
Your mum hangs up and you thrown your phone to the other side of the couch. "Better order something, I guess." You try getting up but give up after one try. "Eh, maybe later." You mumble before dozing off. It's been a long day for you.
The last thing you hear is knocking on your door followed by a 'oh wait, under the mat.' before you lose consciousness and drift off into comforting slumber.
