"Ohhh God! Stop tickling", I laughed as I tried to stop Rohan from tickling me.

"Haha! I won't", He gave me a cocky smile and continued tickling me.

"I am gonna kill you!", I screamed aloud as he giggled.

"No, you can't 'cos you love me!"

"Oh, you don't know..", I smirked evily at him.

"Oh really?", He tried to tickle me more but luckily, I grabbed both his hands and started tickling him as the sound his laughter filled the room.

When we got exhausted, I laid on his chest and heard his steady heartbeats. I looked at his eyes and for a moment, silence surrounded us and left us speechless. Not a word was uttered but only heartbeats and breaths. He hugged me and we laid like that for a while with my head on his chest. I always love to cuddle with him.

"Umm.. Sanju? Can you just get off me for a sec?"

"Sure.", I got up and stood up, combing my hair with my fingers.

He fished for something in his pockets and got down on his knees, smiling sheepishly as I stared at him. Omggg! Is this the moment? I'm not readyyy!! It's not like I don't love him or so. But, I was not just ready. I wanted to finish my internship and then, open up my own hospital.

"Umm.. I don't know what to say", he fiddled with his fingers, "Sanju, I know we are not ready for the marriage thing because we have to be independent first! But, I just wanna make you mine, marriage or not. I know you are already mine and all but I still want you to accept this promise ring from me. " He opened the ring box and flashed the solitaire ring in front of me. I mentally screamed at the beauty of the magnificent shinning diamond. But, in reality, I smiled like an idiot. Omg! it was all too much for me to take in. Tears of happiness clogged my vision and I stretched out my hand at him. He took my hand and slid the ring in my finger.

I bent down on my knees and kissed him softly. I hugged him tightly after we pulled apart for some breath and we stayed like that for several hours.

Third person's POV

Love is something like the clouds that were in the sky before the sun came out. You cannot touch the clouds, but you feel the rain amd know how glad the flowers and thirst earth are to have it after a hot day. You cannot touch love but you feel the sweetness tha it pours into everything.

Love made Sanjana blind. Blind enough to not notice he was cheating on her. But, when she got to know, she was a wreck. People say you should fight for what you love, but she didn't. She wanted to see him happy even though he cheated on her, he made her life more miserable than it already was. But, if her love was happy with someone else then who was she to ruin it? That's what true love is.

But, you shouldn't mix infatuation with love. They are two different emotions. Infatuation is just a mere attraction, like on a celebrity or a smart guy. It happens because of the other person's outside appearance. We like them for how they look not because of their inner self.

But, love is a whole different feeling. Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. It is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. It is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes. It isn't suppose to inflict pain on others. That was the feeling felt by Sanjana and her mother although their ends were different.

Sanjana faced some difficulties in between her love life, but at the end she got him. She was atlast happy.

On the other hand, her mother's love story wasn't a happy ending but that doesn't mean she never loved him or that her love was not strong enough to withstand the hiccups of her life. Sanjana never got to know everything about her mother's life because no one was able to tell her about it. Even the diary was just a fragment of her life. She never really trusted anyone with her feelings because she knew about the consequences of trusting people. She built walls around her so that no one could hurt her again. She tried to make new crushes just to succumb those leftover irritating feelings she still had. But, she couldn't. She even tried to make new friends, be happy but deep inside her feelings gnaw her heart each day. She felt as if her life was so worthless to live.

But, she wasn't a wimp anymore. So, she decided to open up her heart once again. She wanted someone who would break down those walls once again or atleast make a little crack or hole in them. And that's when she found that person or should I say the person found her? Nevertheless, he did succeed to make the walls crack but couldn't accomplish in breaking them. They both got married but after a while, before their child's birth, he died in an accident which made her life miserable again but Sneha never tried to suicide. She decided that she will live not for her but for her daughter.

But, fate was not with her and she got to know that she had cancer. She was unhappy. Just, when she was fully content with her life, when was happy, God had to take her life back. Where was he when she wanted to die, when she wanted to give up? But, that's an example of life and it's cruelty. We never know when it will be taken away from us, not even hypothetically. Even though, Sneha tried to live, consulted every other doctor but her efforts were useless as no one could help her.

She was not afraid of dying, she never was but she was afraid about her precious little girl. She was afraid about her security though she knew her mum would take great care of her but she was a mother afterall. We all know how our mothers get worried about petty little things regarding us.

When she got a call from Marshall, she was surprised yet happy to hear his voice after so many years. It kind of gave her a relief and for a second she forgot she was, you know, dying and leaving this world. But, when he touched that topic, she made him promise to her that he won't be attending her funeral because... well, it's a secret she won't reveal to anyone.

When she met her daughter in her angelic form at the hospital, she was rejoiced to find that her daughter was able to get what she love. She knew he would take good care of her daughter, she could read his mind and soul and that's when she realised one thing..

Not everyone in this world has the fate to chrish the fullest form of love. Some are born, just to experience the abbreviation of it but that doesn't mean love is not a beautiful feeling. One shouldn't give up on love because without love you would not be happy...
