"You have to start school next week.."
School. I haven't been sense my mom died,I was usually home schooled after.
"Oh. Um okay.." I said
"And Marie you start in a week in a half" lucky.
"Alright"she said.
One week later (A/N skipping to get to the point of this chapter, if that makes sense)
*BEEP BEEP*
I turned my alarm off and got up. It's 7 a.m and school starts at 8:30 I got into the shower and washed my hair. After showering, I got ready for school. I left my wavy hair down and started to pick out what I should wear. I changed into high wasted skinny jeans and 5SOS shirt tucking it in. I put my black vans on and did my make up. I applied concealer, mascara, eyeliner and lip balm. I went to the kitchen and got me an apple to eat. After I ate I went up stairs to brush my teeth. It was already 7:45 a.m so I decided to wake Luke up to take me to school.
"Luke, you need to wake up and take me to school" I said, him still not waking up. I jumped on him and he finally got up.
"I'm up. Give me 5 minutes and we will leave." I nodded my head and went back to my room to get my bag. I also grabbed my phone off the charger and went downstairs and saw Luke ready to leave.
"Lets go" he said. We went outside and got into his car. I sat in the passenger seat and 15 minutes later we got there. He parked his car and we went inside. He offered to go with me to the office to get my schedule. I got stares from girls and they were all whispering. We reached the office and Luke got my schedule. We walked out and he said bye.
"Bye, pick you up after school. Have a good first day being a 8th grader" he said and hugged me. He gave me lunch money and left. I went to my new locker and I put my combination in. I put some things I don't need right now in there, before I could finish a girl came up and slammed my locker shut. I ignored it for now and I left to class. I walked into science, shit im late.
"Hello, you must be Isela?" the teacher asked.
"Its Isela" said correcting her.
"Well I'm Mrs.Casper. How about you go sit next to Jake in the back?" She said pointing next to a empty seat by a really cute guy. I nodded and walked my way over to the seat and sat down. Class went by and the bell rang. I went to my locker and got the things I needed for math. Again, the same girl came up and slammed by locker shut. I swear she does it again I'm gonna knock her out.
"Hey" I turned around and saw, Kasie?
"Kasie?" I asked.
"Yup. I see you got adopted." She said.
"Yeah, about two weeks ago."
"That's good. What do you have next?" She asked.
"Math, Mr.Brugh."
"Me too! Lets go before we're late!" She grabbed my arm and dragged me to class. I sat next to her because Mr. Brugh didn't care. The day went well and lunch came. I got in line with Kasie and I got my lunch. I sat with her friends.
"Guys, this is Isela. Isela, this is Harmony, Karla, Grace and Kayla" I noticed Karla and Kayla were twins. I waved at them and said hi.
"Cough* slut Cough*" I turned around and saw the girl who slammed my locker shut two times.
"That's Rylie Parker, not wanna mess with her" Kasie whispered. I'm sick of this "Rylie".
"Do you have something to say?" I got up and asked her.
"I said you're a slut." she said and all her friends laughed. My hand quickly slapped her cheek and everyone gasped.
"Did you just slap me?!" She said getting up. She tried to punch me but I grabbed her wrist and twisted. One of her friends pulled me off of her and pushed me to the ground and punched me. I quickly got up and pushed her onto the ground, face first, and slammed it into the ground. People gathered around yelling "fight". All her friends backed up and Rylie kick me. I pushed her onto the ground and got onto her and punched her multiple times in the face. We got pulled apart by teachers and we got sent to the office.
I sat there outside the office while the principal talked to Luke. Luke came out not pissed at all. We left and went outside to the car. I got into the passenger seat and Luke started the engine. We left and the car was silent. Fifteen minutes later we got home and I went inside.
"What happened?!" Marie asked.
"Why did the principal call?!" James asked.
"Did you get into a fight?" Beau asked.
"Slow down. I can only answer one question at a time." I said. They all nodded and sat down.
"So what happened?" Marie asked
"Well this girl kept slamming my locker shut but I just ignored it. Than she called me a slut at lunch so I slapped her" I said.
"Did you tell them the part where you broke one girls nose and punched the principles daughter multiple times in the face?" Luke added.
"You what?!" Beau said.
"Well the girls friend pushed me and punched me. So I got up, pushed her to the ground and slammed her face into the ground.."
"What about the other girl?" Jai asked
"She kicked me so I got on her and punched her multiple times in the face."
"Damn, first day of school and you got into a fight" Skip said.
"Not my fault, She shouldnt have called me a slut"
"How long is she suspended for?" Marie asked Luke.
"A week"
"That's not long so thats good" Jai said.
"Don't let people like that get to you alright?" Luke said, I nodded
"I dont think people will be picking on you for a while" James added.
The boys went to play FIFA so I went to practice on the piano.
"Can I watch?" Marie asked.
"Sure" I sat down and started to play Just Give Me A Reason and than My Kind Of Love.
" I remember that barbie piano you had when you were 5. You would never shut up, even when mom took the batteries out you would bang on it and sing"
"I miss mom" I said sighing.
"I do too, but you know? We are lucky to live with such great people. Mom would have loved them"
"Yeah, I know" I said and hugged her.
(A/N shit short chapter :( sorry. if you guys are wondering why it says mom and not mum, you have to remember they are in America and not Australia. also not edited. okay thats all I have go say bye!)
