Yuri,

I really, really doubt this letter will even leave the country... But if it does reach you, I want to say sorry. Please, don't ask why it's taken me 2 years. It's recently been confirmed that when the war ends, we will all be returning to St. Petersburg as many of our home towns in Kazakhstan have been destroyed and are no longer suitable for living. If you will, we'll be arriving in Alexander Park. I believe it is your city's most central park so, I'm not expecting to see you there, but for that small, small chance I will. I've never been to St. Petersburg before, so it'll be an exciting trip. This is a really stupid, pointless letter and I just realized I could be spending the last minutes of my life writing this. Oh well, I might as well give it a shot.
