Spirited Away 2: Chihiro Returns

Chapter Thirteen

Chihiro's P.O.V.

We started walking and Haku has already saved me 3 times from poisons bugs and plants. After a while Haku had noticed that I was feeling a little down. "Chihiro? What's wrong?" He asked stopping me. "N-Nothing" I said not making eye contact. "I know something is wrong, you can't hide it." He said. "Fine. I just... I just feel bad. I dragged you along and I was trying to show you I'm not weak and that I can save other people and all you've been doing is saving me." I said. Haku was about to say something until the ground started shaking and a huge spider woman came out of the ground. "Chihiro! Stay back." He said standing in front of me. "No. I'm not going to sit around and watch you hurt yourself. I'm going to help." I said standing beside me. "Foolish human! Why is a disgusting creature like you wandering my forest?!" The spider creature said. "I'm here to find the Forbidden Fruit." I said. "You want the Forbidden Fruit? You are not worthy! Leave now before I kill you!" She said. "No! I'm not leaving!" I said. "Fine. Then face the consequences." She said and then she she lifts one 'of her legs up and tries to squish me. Haku pushes us out of the way and we hide behind a tree. "Do you have a death wish?" He asks me. "No. I just- " "Listen just please stay put I'm trying to save us." He runs out and turns into his dragon form and starts fighting the spider lady.

Then the monster finds my hiding spot and comes after me. She then flicks me with her giant spider leg and I go flying. Haku flies to me and catches me. Then everything go black.

Haku's P.O.V.

I then catch Chihiro and lay her down and finish off the spider lady. Before I finish her off I ask her. "Where is the Forbidden Fruit?" "Why should I tell you?" She snapped. "Tell me!" I snap back. "Fine! It's over by the Scarlet River." She says. Then I gave her one last hit. I walk over to Chihiro and pick her up bridal style. After about 3 minutes later she started to wake up.

Chihiro's P.O.V.

I opened my eyes and see the blue sky and notice strong arms wrapped around me. I look to see Haku. Then I remembered. "Haku I-" "It's fine. Don't worry about it. As long as you're okay I'm happy." He then put me down and kissed my forehead. "Thank you." I said then wrapped my hands around his torso and he wrapped his arms around my waist. We then pulled apart. "Well. We're here." He said and I saw a beautiful river with fruits beside it and who I saw next was unbelievable.
