Micheal's P.O.V.

I hesitated. I wasn't sure if Jeremy was home. I wasn't sure if he was still mad at me. We had argued on friday and it was monday. I had waited to make up with him because I was nervous that it would end badly.

I took a deep breath and knocked. I heard footsteps from the other side of the door. The door creaked open. Jeremy's face was red and puffy. It was obvious that he had been crying. He had bags under his eyes as well.

He blinked a few times before smiling slightly.

"Hey..." He greeted quietly.

"Hey. You okay?" I said softly.

"Yeah, I'm fine," He replied as he rubbed his eye with his hand, "Come on in," He yawned as he stepped to the side to let me in.

I walked in. He walked up to his room quietly. I followed. He opened the door and walked in. I followed him. I looked around the room to see pizza boxes, candy wrappers, and clothes all over the floor and furniture.

"What happened to your room? It looks like someone broke up with you and you were mopping," I said as I looked around.

"Well, I didn't get dumped but, I did get in a fight with a friend and I thought I was gonna lose him forever," He replied as he sat on his bed.

"What?" I asked as I looked at him, blushing lightly. Did he really care about me that much?

"It's nothing," He replied as he looked down. I sat down beside him and looked to the side. I had so many thoughts racing through my head because of what he said. 'What did Jeremy really think of me? What was I to him? Was he crying because of me?' I had so many questions to ask him.

Jeremy's P.O.V.

I looked over at Micheal as he sat there, looking down.

'Kiss him!' The voices in my head chanted, over and over again, as I stared him. I wanted to kiss him, but I couldn't. It could ruin our friendship. I didn't want that, and I didn't need that, Christine and him were my only friends. Christine was great and all but, she got annoying after a while, which was I why I only spent short amounts of time with her.

'If you wanna kiss him, kiss him! It's quite obvious that he likes you too. Just do it' The voices said. I thought about it for a moment before nodding. I was gonna do it. I grabbed Micheal's chin gently and turned his head to face me and kissed him. He stiffened. I waited for a moment to see if he would relax but, he didn't. I quickly pulled away and looked down.

"S-sorry. I s-shouldn't've done that," I stuttered quickly.

'Good job Jeremy, you have officially ruined your friendship with Micheal' The voices said. I wanted to blame them for telling me to do it but, Micheal didn't know about the voices in my head, and I intended to keep it that way. I had possibly just ruined our friendship, I didn't need him to think that I was crazy too.

'He's gonna reject you. He's gonna stop talking to you. He's gonna spread rumors about you and everyone is gonna laugh at you' The voices said, mocking me, getting louder and louder. I felt tears prick my eyes. I bit my lip, hoping they wouldn't fall. I had done enough crying over the weekend.

"Jeremy?" Micheal asked quietly.

"Y-yes?" I stuttered, looking down, I sounded like I was about to cry.

"Jeremy, look at me," He said softly. I hesitantly lifted my head and looked at him. He cupped my face and gently rubbed my cheek with his thumb. He leaned forward and pecked my lips.

"I love you Jeremy," He said quietly. I took a shaky breath before tears started to pour down my face.

"No no no, please don't cry," He said worriedly as he wiped away my tears.

I laughed and smiled, "It's okay. They're happy tears," I quickly added, "I love you too." He smiled and kissed me again. I kissed back as I wrapped my arms around his neck. He moved his arms down to wrap around my waist. I smiled into the kiss and pressed my body against his.

After a few minutes I pulled away for breath. I opened my eyes to see Micheal smiling at me.

"I gotta tell you something, about our fight on friday. I only picked a fight with you because you were spending a lot of time with Christine, instead of me, and I was really jealous. I thought you still liked her and that really upset me. I never meant to hurt you. I'm sorry," He said quietly as he looked down.

"Oh, you should've told me you wanted to spend more time together sooner. I would've made time for you. I was only spending more time with Christine than you because she was going through a hard break-up," I replied.

"Oh, o-okay," He replied. He blushed lightly. I smiled.

"Boop," I giggled as I bopped his nose.

"I love you so much," He said as he laughed.

"I love you too."
