The next morning the doctors came into Sera's room. They released Sera from bed rest. But they did not allow her to leave the palace. It was not what she wanted, but it was better than having to lay in bed all of the time. Mahdi and Des were both in the room when the said this, and they promised they wouldn't let her get too out of hand.

The doctors left, and now it was just Sera, Mahdi, and Des in the room. They both turned to face her.

"What?" she asked.

"You heard them. You can't leave the palace until they say you can. We can't risk it. I also don't want you to do any magic, or being apart of any magic," Des said.

"I have to agree. We can't risk you getting hurt again," Mahdi said.

"Alright. I won't leave the palace, and I won't use or be apart of magic. Now can I please get out of this bed, and eat something," Sera began to complain.

Des and Mahdi looked at each other, then back at Sera. "Fine, have us help you though," Des said.

Sera pulled the blankets back, and Mahdi came over to her bedside. Sera took his hand, and began to sit up. Her balance faltered, but Mahdi and Des caught her before she could fall any farther. She gave a wary smile as she began to regain her balance. Des and Mahdi still maintained a tight grip on her arms so she would fall. They made it all the way to the dining hall where everyone was sitting and eating.

Neela turned around and saw her best friend swimming into the dining hall. "Serafina!" Neela yelled as she swam up to Sera, and embraced her. Sera was knocked out of Des, and Mahdi's hands, and onto the ground.

"Oh geeze Neela!" Sera said as she fell through the water.

Neela opened her eyes again to see her friend on the ground. "I'm so sorry Sera. Here." Neela extended her arm to help Sera up.

Sera took her hand and swam into an upright position. Mahdi took her arm again and lead her to the table where she then sat down between Mahdi and Neela. Breakfast was loud with news about defeating Abbadon, and Orfeo. The only problem that stood in their way now was Sera being released to leave the palace.

Sera swam back to her room, where Neela wanted to meet to go over the plans for when Sera is released. Neela followed Sera to her room, and Ling, Becca, and Ava weren't far behind them. Sera went into her room, and sat on the edge of her bed, and Neela sat in the chair across from her. Ling found three more chairs and set them up across from Sera.

"Okay. So what's the plan?" Ling asked sitting.

"That's exactly what we're going to go over. Sera has been working hard on numbers for us. All we need is a way to get all of the troops and fighters the Southern Sea, and a way to get them there safely," Neela said.

"Exactly. I managed to get Mahdi and Des to back off on the guards, but that still means over five thousand troops and fighters behind us," Sera said.

"Well then let's get started," Becca said.
