"Ive found my mate.''when Ryan finished the word mate.everyone started cheering and congratulating him.after all of that settled down the on question that came up to the moment to reveal the answer mine and Ryan's questions.
"well Ryan who is she?"Mrs.Watson asked
"it is a she,is it?"Landon asked jokingly and squinted his eyes while leaning over the table.My dad slapped him upside the head and they chuckled.
"well HER name is Essie...Essie Jackson."said Ryan putting emphases on her.
At that Tyler spit his drink out spewing it everywhere.seeing as I was sitting in front of him it went all over me.The rest Ryan and I's family was to shocked to do or say anything.they sat there with there jaws wide open.
"well...i wasn't expecting that."my dad said breaking the silence.
Chapter 6 P2 "breaking the news"
"WHAT!!!!!!"exclaimed Tyler.everyone til sat there shocked the only thing that was last said was dads remark.and that was seven minuites ago.
"well.....congratulations guys" said Mr Watson beaming at Ryan.at that i let out a sigh of relief as everyone else started to congratulate us ON being mates.Landon was a little tense and shocked still but kindly congratulated us.Landon was probably sad that i had found my mate but happy at the same time.I mean i was his little sister.he loved me.Landon dragged Ryan over to a corner probably playing the big brother role.
Tyler.what am i going to do about him.we are so close.I mean we basically have to be close were twins.I walk over to him and sit beside him.he's just sitting there staring at the table cloth,sniffling.i look at his face to see a small tear dripping down his cheek.
'tyler?"i ask putting my arm around his shoulder.
"what?"
"are you mad at me for finding my mate?"
"no."
"well why are you crying and avoiding eye contact with me."
"i just thought that since you found your mate we wont be as close or you wont pay any or hardly attention to me."Tyler says fiddling with his fingers
"god Tyler your so stupid..."i say and laugh.Tyler looks and me and gives me a 'what the heck' look.i smile.
"what i mean is...i love you Tyler.I could never ditch you for my mate.well..i could but i wouldn't.If i did i would probably go crazy because your like my brick help keep me down.even though Ryan is my mate i would give you all the same attention even if it drove me up the wall.Tyler.Tyler.Tyler.what am i going to do with you my dearest twin."
"i love you.lets make a pact.even when i find my mate we do the same things we did since we were little.the late night snack dates.movie night.everything.we make time with each other,even if we have to bring our mates.OK.pinkie promise?"Tyler says holding out his pinkie.
"pinkie promise."i Say and take his pinkie finger into mine and intertwine them.I then pull him in a hug.
Tyler stands up, gives me a smile and congratulates me before walking over to Landon and Ryan.I look at them joking around and throwing fake punches and joking around.I see our parents sitting down on the couch in the living room talking and smiling at each other.I stand up and walk over to the boys and start talking with them all.
everyone acts like nothing just happened.like Ryan didn't stand up and give shocking but Happy news.like Tyler didn't cry.they just acted normal.well i was glad that they took it okay.no yelling or fighting.my worries were over.....for now.Ryan looks at me smiling and leans over and pulls me into him.I lay my head on his chest while we watch Landon and Tyler throwing fake punches at each other.Ryan plants a kiss on my head.
"i love you Essie Jackson"he whispers into my ear.
after a while we headed home.when we reached home i ran up the stairs and flopped down in the bed.i layed there for a while before i felt Landon come in and put a blanket on me.I fell fast asleep after that.not worrying about anything.just wanting to get on with the night so i could see Ryan tomorrow.so I could see my alpha mate.
