Chapter IX A Prophecy Told

After the whole chaos and destruction thing with Dragon Flame and me telling my friends about my alien device that can transform me into any alien life form I dial into it. And Luckily, they didn't ask me any more questions about it so I went to my cabin and laid down on my bed and pulled out a picture of me and my girlfriend Katelyn and my wolf pup Holly jumped up onto the bed and curled up next to me. "You know Holly when I rescue my girlfriend and she sees you, she'll be a little surprised and then happy that I saved you from those poachers." I said and Holly wagged her tail and licked my cheek in response, "I love you too Holly." I said. Then, there was a knock on my cabin door, I sighed and got up and opened the door and saw my doppelganger Max along with Jamie and they seemed freaked out about something. "CJ, there's a problem at Half-Blood Hill." said Max as he held Jamie's hand and I could tell that she was scared out of her mind about something she saw. "Jamie, you were on patrol at Half-Blood Hill weren't you?" I asked Max looked at Jamie in disbelief, "Jamie you told me you were going back to your cabin." said Max, "I was until I was told that I was going on patrol with Clarries." said Jamie and I could tell that she was telling the truth and so did Max, "Jamie I need to look inside your mind to know what you saw." I said and she nodded and I let them into my cabin and closed the door, once Jamie sat down in a chair with Max sitting next to her I stood in front of them and closed my eyes and connected our minds so that we could all see what Jamie saw while on patrol with Clarries. "Alright, Jamie now walk us through the patrol to when you saw whatever it is you saw." I said. Jamie started telling me and Max about the patrol and when she got to the part too when she saw something in the darkness of the shadows of the trees I used my powers to see what it was. "It can't be, he should be dead." I said, "You know who that is?" asked Max, "Yeah, that's Monroe Molique, otherwise known as Saber Shark. He was a drug crime boss before the particle accelerator exploded and changed him into a half man half shark monster." I said and when I saw Monroe's face I started to boil with anger, "CJ, can we get out of my mind now?" asked Jamie and I was brought out of my boiling rage trance and I ended the connection and we were back in my cabin and I turned away from both Max and Jamie who seemed to noticed that I didn't want to talk about what we saw. "You two better go to Chiron. Tell him what we saw in your memory, Jamie." I said and both Max and Jamie left my cabin and I had to get out of my cabin before I exploded and destroyed the whole camp so I ran out towards the open water and once I was far enough away I let out the massive amounts of energy that built up inside me after seeing Monroe in Jamie's memory. Then everything went dark and all I could feel was cold as ice started covering my entire body and I entered a nightmarish dream as I went under. 'No, don't do this Victor. Please!' I said as I saw my brother with an innocent young woman in his hands and is about to kill her, 'You think you're so clever don't you little brother? Just because you were born a hero you think that's what you are meant to be. Once I kill this girl you will become just like me, a monster, after you kill me.' said Victor and I couldn't let him kill an innocent person so I ran at blinding speed at him and pierced my brothers heart with my blade and the girl ran from my dead brother's body and went to the police who were around the area and saw that I didn't have a choice in the matter. 'You left me no choice, Victor.' I said, then I sheathed my blade and ran off before the cops could talk to me. I screamed as I ran and the sound that came out sounded like thunder as I ran out of the city and back to my isolated hideout and I took off my mask and started throwing all of my equipment around the room. When I woke up and found myself back in my cabin and Holly was curled up next to me and I sat up and rubbed my head and felt like my whole body was on fire, which I could actually do when I want too, but not in the way that it didn't hurt me. "You really gave us quite a scare there, CJ." said Percy as I saw him sitting in my chair next to my desk and I gave a wry laugh and pulled my small bag of herbs and took a small amount and ate it and my body started to cool off. "How long was I out?" I asked, "About three days. When we heard the explosion Jamie and I knew that you went out to the open ocean so that you didn't hurt anyone in the blast radius." said Percy.
