in a world full of insanity, you made me feel sane. you made me feel secure. what would I be doing without you? you helped me to believe in myself. even when you were having a rough time, you made sure that I was happy, that I was smiling.
you are my anchor, you are my muse. you kept me grounded, you taught me to love myself.
insanity, seems like a bad thing, but you made it seem normal. you made me feel normal. like, it was okay to be me.
I felt safe in my own skin, for the first time in sixteen years.
I felt loved, protected and normal.
you were the best thing to ever happen in my life.every night, you reassured me that everything will be okay. but now, my thoughts have got the best of me and I'm on my knees, desperate, once again, longing for the least bit of comfort.
where are you?
