Everything was fine. Until, they decided to fall in love.
They were the best of friends, the kind, which were inseparable.
People wanted their friendship. Everyone was jealous of their connection. That connection could not be explained in words.
Then it all changed. She changed. She fell in love with him.
Determined to not fall in love, he pushed her away. But that made him realize he had already, did.
They fell in love. They ruined something so beautiful and so pure, and created a toxic relationship. A relationship, with no trust, no happiness and most importantly no love.
Every night was a fight and every morning was a consolation.
They were going around in circles, too bad they never learnt from their mistakes.
Days turned into months, and months turned into years, they both were determined to stay together, desperately, holding onto any piece of each other with hope that things will be okay.
The irony was that, it never did become okay.
People, say love is magic. But isn't magic just an illusion?
