I found him sitting by the tree
while waiting for me to end class
he was reading his notes
I went behind the tree
and wanted to scare him
but was caught by him
he surprised me
by giving a kiss on my lips
I kissed him back
and we pulled back to catch our breath
then we made our way to his house
for dinner with his parents
as he wanted to introduce me to his parents
and we wanted to ask his parents for permission
to move into our very own apartment
as we step forward into our future
by living together
as we continue making our very own path
