Ever After.

                                                                             Chapter 1.

Once upon a time, in a beautiful far away place called Ever After Land, lived a beautiful young princess named Alice. she lived in a castle with her brother Matt, her step mother Queen Carolina, and her step sister Jessica. Alice was very humble; she cared about people's emotions more then her own, she always wanted to help and make things better even if they were out of her control. She was 23, short, with fiery red hair and amber eyes and cute brown freckles that spread across her nose like sprinkles on a cupcake. Her brother matt was the same, in the caring sense, he would lend a helping hand to anyone that would need it. In looks, you wouldn't be able to tell they were twins. he was tall, brown hair, dark brown eyes, and always had the biggest smile upon his face. Their father, King Mike, went missing a year or so ago, Alice and mike tried looking for their father, but the queen stepped in. Their father married Carolina 3 years ago, after a tragic sickness their mother was diagnosed with, and lost the battle. Carolina was horrid, she wanted everything to herself and to take Over EAL with her daughter, Jessica, who wasn't any better. Matt and Alice lived in fear everyday when they saw the new queen and Jessica; they never knew what was going to happen. The village was affected by the new queen as well, before there used to be dances, festivals, and all good fun activities every other night. King Mike used to host them and always have a smashing time, now.. You would rarely see anyone smile on the streets. Most people have moved out of the town because they hate living there now that the new queen is in charge. One day Alice was sitting in her tower, admiring the once beautiful town threw a window above her mirror. She was wearing  a pair of her favourite skinny jeans which were black and had rips in them, a white tank top and red high tops. She and matt were going to attend a small gathering with a group of villagers, when all of a sudden, Carolina barged threw the rustic wooden door that lead to Alice's room. "hello?" Alice said Rudely to her step mother. No answer. Alice spun around. "is there something that you need?" she walked closer to carolina, slightly trying to shoo her out the door. But before she could get her out of the door, the queen spun around and smacked Alice over the head with a candle stick. "AH! Wha.."  She feel to the floor un-cauntious, the left side of her head was bleeding. Jessica walked into the room and stood with her mother "fetch the horse and carriage, we're taking her to The Factory." the queen said seriously. Jessica did as she was told. as jessica left to run down stairs, the queen walked over to Alice's dresser, grabbed a piece of parchment paper and wrote a letter to matt pretending to be Alice. A few short moments later, Alice, the queen, and her evil step sister were in the same buggy, heading off to a place where no one ever comes back. 

                                                                           Chapter 2 

 Matt came back to the castle around 3. He had noticed no one was home, he looked in every single room and found no one except the workers that Carolina had hired because she was to lazy to do the work herself. Matt trudged up the stairs and went to Alice's room, he noticed the door was closed and Alice never closed her door unless she was sleeping or thinking. He knocked lightly on the door "Alice? Alice are you okay?" he looked down and saw the letter the queen Carolina had written pretending to be Alice. He bent down and picked it up, his name was sprawled across the envelope in cursive writing.

"matt

Ive decided to go search for our father again. I heard Carolina mention something about where he could be, I will be home soon I promise you. Don't tell anyone where I have gone. I love you. 

Alice." 

Matt looked at the letter front and back multiple times, he ran to his room and rummaged threw a old trunk of cards and letters. He pulled outa Christmas card from Alice and held the 2 beside each other "they're different!" he said out loud " I. KNEW IT!!" he stood up and ran down the stairs and into the back yard. Surely enough found the horses and the carriage were gone. "Alice where are you?" matt whispered as hate and sadness filled threw his body.
