"Kendall chill! We're in the parking lot. Stop screaming. You're going... we all are." Sydney tried to calm me down after I almost broke her car window with my fist.

"...But.. the beach.." I admit I was being over dramatic. But, you have to commit to something if you want it to be convincing.

"It is just school in the summer. We have it in the fall, the winter, and the spring, so summer isn't that big of a deal."

"Syd, were you going to go to Europe with your boyfriend? Were you going to have international sex for the first time? Were you going to fucking Barcelona for an entire month? No! I don't think so. So you wouldn't understand."

When I saw the slight hurt on her face I quickly tried to make my best friend feel better.

"But you still bad as fuck." I said, trying to keep a straight face.
"Just shut up." Syd says as she drags me roughly by my shoulder out of the passenger seat.

I give up my protest for just a minute and notice that we are amongst others. And we're all in the somewhat same situations. Bitches getting dragged in reluctantly and dudes walking passed literally stenching of weed and cheap beer (At 8 AM really? Guys have some class). Some girls are even dressed in their cheerleading uniforms. I want to yell at them that this isn't really school and that all sports seasons are over because there are no other fucking schools in session. But they wouldn't care so I keep my mouth shut.

After I observe the hopeless teenagers of Eastwick High, I realize that Sydney's squeezing the life out of my arm.

"EXCUSE ME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN... AND HE/SHE's! This is assault. Sydney Oman is physically harassing Kendall Viper. If you alert Principal McErnest I'll give you a dollar-" I begin.

Sydney shoves her clammy hand over my mouth and silences me.
How big is this freaking parking lot? I think as we're still not at the door yet.

"Baby girl!" A playfully deep sound occurs behind me.
I recognize the voice immediately, but I only smirk and keep walking. I wonder how long he'll keep calling me.

"KENNNNNNNN-DOLLLLLLLLL" the boy is even more annoying than me so I finally turn around and playfully smack him on the chest.

"Travis be quiet" I say not really meaning it as I can't control my blush.

"Damn girl. Summer changed you" he says jokingly.

Sydney lets me break away from her clutch so I can hug my boyfriend. I hop into him and he holds my calves which are now on either side of his waist. My hands immediately find his curly black hair while I'm kissing him passionately.
The taste of his soft lips make me smile and hate this day even more.

"We should be in Barcelona right now" I pout, pulling away from his lips.

He gently lets me back on the floor and lifts up my chin with his hand. The sight of his brightly light brown eyes made me feel a little better. His exposed forearms are a glistening bronze in the sun and I need to stop before I start drooling.

"We can still have fun...hopefully." Travis laughs, showing his perfectly straight white teeth.

He turns me around and puts my hand in his, so we're walking like little kids in the park. Sydney's waiting at the door for us and when Travis sees her he pats her hair like somebody would do a dog.

"Good to see you too, Trav" She says drily, smoothing her bangs back down.
I resist the urge to laugh. I know she hates it when he does that. I also know he doesn't mean it meanly though because they've been friends since even before I moved here 2 years ago.
Travis's black skinny jeans and black and white "6 God" graphic tee scream casual but sexy. I glance down at his shoes and almost faint. What can I say, I'm a sucker for Jordans.
