Prologue:
It doesn't take a genius to notice that the three of us had become unseparable since summer broke out. Our lives had been stressful that first year of highschool. The rigorous program we were in made a social life outside of school impossible. However, many of the students in the program were involved in extracurricular programs. The three of us specifically were athletic and creative people.
Eileen was into tennis. Tennis to her was like soccer to Lenox and I. For girls we were pretty laid back and down to earth. You know you're friends with someone when you hang out, but you know you're bestfriends when you hang out and lay around without having to talk. There were days where we just sat and looked at my picture filled wall. There were random magazine pages and ticket stubs. On a perpendicular wall was a marvel avengers poster covered in various heros.
Lenox breathe soccer. She played more than I did, yet we shared the same passion. She played a sport every school season on top of her soccer team outside of school while I did soccer and theater. Eileen stuck to tennis, dance and student government.
So from our busy schedule grew a triangular friendship. Which then blossomed once school ended; concluding our stressful freshman year.
And with more time comes more time to hang out. For teenagers, it means trouble. Little did we know, even though we may not have started the trouble, we had to end it.
