(11) Confessions

Sorry if this is shorter cos I've been having a ton of writers block

[Perrie pov]

My life is so messed up right now. I'm currently dating Alex, but sleeping with Jade. Yeah, I know. I will have to tell one of them that it's over. My brain is saying dump Jade because she has played me so many times, but my heart says stay with Jade because that is who I have been attracted to all this time. I checked my phone, it was 7:30. I rolled over a pressed a light kiss to Alex's cheek and got out of bed. I grabbed a shirt and some jeans, threw them on and went downstairs. I sat on the sofa and typed a message to Jade.

To Jade:

I need to talk to you. Meet me in the park at 12:30 xxx

I heard Alex walking down the stairs.

"Hey babe. We need to talk." he started, coming to sit next to me.

"Yes, what?" I replied.
"So I'm just gonna come straight out with this. A few weeks ago, before you went into hospital, I kissed another girl." I felt like a knife had been stabbed through my heart. I gasped slightly.
"So when you hurt Jadey and I, you were cheating on me."
"Yes but it didn't mean anything! I ended it!" I just got up and walked out the door, not even slamming it. I guess I wasn't angry, just shocked and confused and sad. I did the one thing that came naturally to me, I called Jade.

"I...I just c-can't b-believe he did it." I cried into Jade's shoulder. She patted me on the back. I looked up and brushed a strand of hair behind her ear. I leant forward and pressed a kiss to her lips.

"Well one things for sure, I'll never leave you. I love you." Jade mumbled against my lips. I reconnected them in a more passionate kiss, meaningful that we will stay together forever. I pushed her back down on the park bench, leaning over her. Her arms snaked around my waist, as I placed my hands either side of her head to keep me supported. Jade pulled me in closer so I was practically laying on her. After a minute or two she roughly flipped me over so she was on top.

Soon, she pulled away. I gave her a quizzical look, but she just smirked and grabbed my hand, we got up off the bench and I let her lead the way.

"Alex?" It had been three hours since we talked.

"Oh Perrie! I've been so worried, why weren't you answering your phone?" he asked. I thought of the time I had spent with Jade.
"I was- preoccupied. Anyway we need to talk," I sat on the couch and so did he, "I need to move on-"
"That's great. Thank y-"
"Wait Alex, I need to move on from you. This hasn't been working and-" I stuttered slightly as a small tear came to my eye, "my heart isn't really in it." I watched his expressions change from happy to sad to angry.
"I knew it. Have a good life with Jade." he walked to his room and shut the door. He didn't slam it, though, that was proof of just how angry he was. I grabbed my phone and rang Jade, I was gonna have to ask to live with her.

I finished writing the not and signed it off, Perrie. I left it on the table and shut the front door quietly. Jade's car was parked right outside, so I opened the boot and chucked my case in there. She got out the car and gave me a quick peck before opening the door for the passengers seat and I got in. She started the car up again and we drove off quickly.

"So how did you end it?" Jade asked finally. I looked over to her. She had a high pony with some sunglasses as well as a funky shirt and cute short skirt.

"I guess I just... told him. He didn't take it that well."
"He didn't hit you did he?"
"No, no he just kinda walked off. But I think I might need some time before we tell everyone about you and I and also his and mine's breakup. Do you recon you could cover for me?"
"One very sick Perrie coming up!" she laughed. I watched her smile at me and I smiled back. This is the sort of life I want, to be with the person I love and forget all my worries.
