She counted in her head as she sat next to Six, facing Eight and Five who are having a semi-amused discussion on how many bandages would Zero need after his training with Four. It's been half a year and she still enjoys watching the duo of cherubic men squabble and (sometimes even) bicker like children.

She hasn't left the P.H.A.S.E headquarter in a while; ever since their last mission... Two months ago... Has it been that long already? "It's ok," she comforted herself. She was ready to grab this opportunity to maybe explore more of Olympia's city centre, and perhaps even do some window shopping.

"Maybe I'll get a chance to walk to the entrance again," she wondered out loud. "It's been a while since."

"Hmm? Did you say something? Six asked.

"Oh, no I-," She stammered, embarrassed that she was caught talking to herself. "I was just curious as to where we are going." She mentioned, hoping that Six would answer her this time.

"Hmm yeah it's been awhile since you've gone out," Six responded, not answering her question at all. "How have you been holding up?"

She hesitated for a while before coming clean to her teammate.

"Ever since the last mission," she answered slowly, " I've been feeling a little... well... I've been having doubts that I'm competent for the team."

Five and Eight stopped their antics and shared a look of concern with each other when they heard her response. Six didn't hesitate, giving her a lopsided smile.

"What are you saying? If we had any other person with us, he or she, they would've probably been dead by now." he defended her.

Seven dropped her head, still feeling disappointed in herself and continued, "If I had managed to realise sooner that they were after Five... we wouldn't have- they wouldn't have-". Seven placed her head between her hands. Eight raised his hand slightly as if objecting and volunteering to offer his opinion before Seven heard a deep voice saying in a controlled tone, " if you didn't manage to restrain Artemis and Icarus during that scuffle, I would've been dead then and there."

Seven looked up, only to see Five's dark brown eyes locking with hers. She couldn't look away from such warm eyes that conveyed so much sincerity in them. Eight gave her a gentle smile

"Don't push yourself too hard." he told her lightly. "You've already done so well despite having the least experience in our team."

Six then patted Seven gently on the head and gave her one of his brightest smiles. "You did well that day, don't doubt yourself."
