Part 8

Hi,little bears! I really desapeared, it happens!

Writing has been a mission for me these days, both for lack of time, for not having access to my brother's notebook (mine still broken T.T), and also sometimes I would rather stay in the moon land by escaping from the overwhelming reality (ordinary).

But I'm back here and I intend to keep writing since my brother is going to be away for a few days!

Krist Pov.

As we arrive in our dormitory, I tell Singto my suspicions about the relationship between Em and the pregnant girl. Singto looks thoughtful and this time I don't know what might be going on in his mind. "Do you think he could have done that because the girl was looking at me?" he asks after a short silence. "I'm not sure, but he changed when he noticed she looking at you", Singto looks at me for a few moments. "Krist, do you think he can be a Cupid?" I am surprised by the question ... and I am surprised again by the whirlwind of things that pass through my mind, if Em is a Cupid and the possibility that he is pregnanting women are true, the motives for such actions are imaginable to us and once again I find myself doubting the ideology of Cupids and how much less can we join them. "Singto, no matter if he is or not, just speculating will not answer our doubts. The way is to come up with a plan to find out if he is or not and understand what is behind it, even if it is not Em", I patted his arm and he agrees with his head and goes to the bathroom with a towel on his shoulder. I get an idea in my head, Wayo and Ming may have some more information about Cupids and they may have advanced in their case. It would help to try to trace some kind of profile or signs, anything that connects Em or any other client or resident local with Cupids. Singto comes out of the bathroom and asking if we can talk to them he seems to agree, "But we will not speak the name of Em, we'll just say we suspect someone, I don't want to involve anyone without first being sure" and here we are knocking on the door of Wayo and Ming from which he opens the door and even with an expression of doubt let us in. Wayo who raises his head with several papers in his hand sees us and realizing that we were looking at the papers soon says "Tests, in addition to looking for Cupids I need to correct tests, at least the grades are good and ... you aren't here to know that, right? " Trying to hold a smile we nod, he scratches an imaginary itchiness at the nape and gives an almost bland smile and looks at Ming that makes an expression of not knowing why we are here too. "We want to know if you have managed to discover the Cupids in your case, we have a suspicion and we don't know how to proceed without at least drawing some profile or something to link the cases" Singto explains and them who semems to understand get up and take some papers in a drawer of the bedside table and a folder on the shelf and deliver us, Wayo points to both of us, "These papers are profiles that Ming hacked from the SOTUS system of people we suspected of, 9 people including 3 teachers and 1 kitchen worker, but when you can see after a good reading of these files, no case has obvious connection with the other and neither the suspects nor the victims have a compatible trait among them, we concluded that we don't have a pattern"

Singto Pov.

My suspicion only grows stronger when Wayo and Ming also reached the conclusion of the lack of pattern. It is as if each one acted on its own, which doesn't make sense since they are a society that defends the same goal. My theory now is that they are really crazy or that there is a bigger reason we can not figure out. "Do you also think about joining Cupids?" Ming asks and leaves me, Krist and even Wayo surprised. "Ming, this is to stay between us, we can not trust 100% in them even if they are corrupted." Wayo pushes Ming's arm and looks at us with rather mistrust. "Ming, we also thought about it, but we don't know if that's a good choice. Cupids are suspicious of these crimes and we don't want to defend something we don't agree on, they would be nothing better than the Crows." Krist looks at me and agrees with me, "We also think the same way, but...Wayo you'd better tell them!" Ming looks at Wayo who makes a disapproving face. "No, Ming! Share information about the cases I don't care but something like this I think is too risky, I don't trust them yet!" Wayo sits on the bed giving us his back and crosses his arms ignoring us. "My dear, cute and stupid Yo! They are as fucked up as we are, we know of their secret as they know ours and at that moment the more people to help us to solve this the better! And my friend, we don't have much to lose but each other and if one of us goes to hell the other will follow, remember our promise?" Wayo slowly turns around and after facing Ming who is sitting behind him trying calm him and us, embrace Ming and agree "Okay! But if you turn us over to the quarter, myself, before going to hell, will kill you in the most painful way". Krist and I take an uncomfortable look and agree, this angry little man compares to a masked. "If we are to be fair, we will share information with you too, we also have nothing to lose if not each other" Krist says and interlates his fingers in mine and I respond with a smile. "Yo, calmed down?", Ming asks and Wayo nods and get out of the embrace of Ming but without departing from it "Well...it is about a dream or memory or whatever may be those images that I and Ming have..." me and Krist understood very well about it "...I am in the middle of a group of people who seemed to be related to me, Ming was always by my side and we were always smiling with these people and we were surrounded by trees and seemed to convive well, it wasn't that cold with them. There were pregnant women, couples who loved each other and children playing, and by the plantations they saw around this place, these people made aliments themselves and everything seemed fine. After we left what appeared to be a collective class, I remember Ming and I headed to what appeared to be the barricade that protected this place, I seemed to test some toxic substances that I produced on the plants that were born in the barriers to not reach anyone while Ming kept looking at the security system and improving it. When one of the cameras detects a strange movement and Ming yells for me to get out of the barrier and call for reinforcements while he triggered the barricade's external defense system so nobody could get close to us, I could not hear right because the substance was skimming and making me half dizzy from the smell, it made Ming run to me to help me. Maybe he didn't have time to trigger the defense since we were invaded and nothing is clear anymore, I hear screams and cries and noises of fire arms, Ming's voice moving away and another voice louder than all this noise saying 'Burn everything and everyone , take those who appear healthy between 15 and 25 years to the laboratories and the minors to the Main'"

Krist Pov.

Wayo cries while Ming tries to calm him down. Singto who until now is holding hands with me, hold tight my hand as if he senses Wayo's pain. After he calms down and breathes deeply, he looks at us. "Regardless of everything that happened, I'm pretty sure, no one left, no one wanted to go out and hurt anyone, people came in and stayed, but nobody wanted to leave. If are Cupids who are doing these crimes and they are from societies so we only have three hypotheses, or they are from a society that has an ideology of violence, or they are rare cases of people who have abandoned these societies or are of no society in fact and act by impulse or for a specific reason". This is very valuable information, if there was such a society, it may not have been the only one and we may still have a chance to shelter, but some information does not tick together, Commander Wad talked about just one society somewhere, if the society that Wayo and Ming lived was decimated, so it means that there is not only one and several societies like that, which brings us to another point, we are being manipulated with false information and these societies are being hunted one by one. I feel that more and more the problem is getting bigger and more we should think about what to do, Ming was right, we need more people to solve this. "There, I told my information and how I was blamed for the death of those people" , "Yo! I told you it was not your fault, it was more mine than yours because I didn't triggered the defense" , "But if I hadn't tested anything and you haven't distracted by me, you would have triggered and I would have helped" , "Enough, Yo! It doesn't matter anymore! What matters is what we will do from now on! And you two don't just shut up! We share our information and now it's your turn!" I look at Singto and ask him to speak, "Well..." he starts and talks about the masked Prem and Commander Wad. Ming and Wayo after listening very carefully are silent thinking, Singto who expects some reaction from the two begins to get impatient and I consequently, "And then what do you think? React!", Ming seems to think a little more, "Are you sure he looked that way to the commander, Singto?" , "I have! It's as if Commander Wad was everything to Prem", Ming raises his eyebrows and laughs, "Just as you look at Krist, right?", Krist and I both laughed and nodded. "Ming, you look the same way for the boarding doctor, Kit, right?", Wayo laughs and makes a mocking face, "Shut up, Yo! I saw how the math teacher looks at you! Phana became one of our suspects was not for nothing!". These two begin to attack each other but nothing more than a battle of tickles, seeing that nothing else would advance today and the time that was already late, we decided to get out and leave these two alone laughing but with a promise to come back tomorrow to plan something, but we came upon a surprise to open the door, Tee without looking us in the eyes and with clenched fists, "I also want to help!"
