Pumunta ako doon sa sacred place nung bata pa ako. It brings back so many memories. Bakit kaya di na lang ako namuhay ng normal? A lot of things had happened and hindi ko alam kung paano ko nagawang lagpasan lahat. Paano nga ba? Am I even making the right decisions in my life?

"Sana nandito na lang kayo  mama, papa. I miss you all so much" sabi ko

"Ashlyn.." I heard someone said my name

I looked around and saw Azusa. How on earth did he found me here? Gumamit ba siya ng GPS?

"

Anata wa koko de nani o shite iru no [What are you doing here?] " tanong ko

"Watashi wa koko ni anata to hanashi o suru tame ni kita [I came here to talk to you]"

"Wala na tayong dapat pang pag-usapan. You can leave. Sumama ka na doon sa, what's her name again? Natalie?"

"Ashlyn, she is my half-sister!" Sigaw ni Azusa sa akin

"Half-sister? Huh? Pero yung....yung nakita ko, it can't be"

"Natalie is my half-sister. Before mom married Haruki, may anak na si Haruki sa ibang babae and his daughter is Natalie. Natalie is our half-sister. Though hindi siya pure japanese we treat her family. I am so sorry, I should have explained my family history a long time ago. I really am sorry"

"Ako dapat ang humingi ng kapatawadan. I assumed so quickly sana inalam ko muna ang totoo. Gomenasai. I am so sorry ng dahil sa akin muntikan pang masira ang kasal natin" naiiyak kong sambit

"Shhhhhh...calm down. No need to cry. It is fine. Though masakit sumuntok yung kapatid mo" natatawang sabi ni Azusa

"Ha?! Sinuntok ka ni kuya?!"

"Calm down. He suddenly burged right in front of my office and punched me. But, I am in great shape now. So, care to tell me what brings you here to Okinawa?"

"Death Anniversary" maikli kong sagot

"Huh?" Confused na sambit ni Azusa

"Today is September 14. It is my parent's death anniversary. When I was a kid, mom and dad usually brings me here alongside with kuya. Me and kuya would play endlessly here. It was that date that I would last see my parents, happy and alive. That night, dad received a call from my grandparents at France, turns out may gusto na namang pumatay sa pamilya namin. Dad is so afraid that he would loose his family, again same thing that had happened when he was a kid back then. We were already on the air craft when suddenly, we heard an explosion turns out it is one of the engines. Dad's enemy manipulated everything. My foster mom, told me that she found me a miracle to be alive after that explosion. She found me wandering in the street near the mountain in Zambales.

She told me that my real mom gave me my identity-hidder name kathleen, at first I didn't believe her, I mean my mom was dead that time. I asked out the truth. She found out that when I was a child I was holding a pendant of a bracelet with the name kathleen engraved on it. So, she decided that it will be my name. Sad right? But, luckily, my real family found me. How fortunate of me"

"So, that's the real story?"

"Yes. Azusa, I moved the wedding, it was supposedly tomorrow afternoon right? I moved it on saturday afternoon. I am sorry I did that out of anger and confusion"

"It's okay. Basta wala ng bawian ha?" I just nooded in agreement

"Now, this is not my vow but I want to promise to you, Ashlyn, right here right now. I, Hinata Azusa, promise you, Akatsuki Mio Ashlyn to love you eternally for all the days of my life. I also promise that I will take care of you, share your sorrows, regrets, happiness and sadness in life for we can do everything together. I won't leave you in times of need and difficulty. You're my one and only love. I won't give up on you. I won't give up on us. This is a promise that I ensure you Ashlyn.  "

"Arigatou, Azusa and aishiteru"

"Aishiteru, Ashlyn. Always and forever"

With that, I was indeed ready to become a Hinata. No second-thoughts, no what ifs, no confusion.

Everything is now sorted finally.
